GMC
The team I support up here in Scotland won 9-1 yesterday in the league. Got me thinking about the largest ever results in league games. What is Everton's biggest result (in terms of score rather than importance) in a league game?
MikeO
Historically 11-2 against Derby in 1890 but more recently 8-0 against Southampton in 1971...remarkable because before the game we were below Southampton in the league (and also because Alan Ball scored his last Everton goal in the game :crying_anim: ). I was at a Southern League game with my dad and he heard on the radio that we were 5-0 up at half time but I didn't believe him .
