I kinda like him as 16, good number, good player!! Although the reason I got Beattie was cos he was number 9 and plus I I see myself as a striker, sort of lol, If were basing it on best player though its got to be Lescott hands down. That would be pretty cool actually, whoever gets player of the year on here is who Ill get on the back!! and so on and so on for seasons to come!!!

I like the little bit of yellow in the collar. I wouldn't mind getting an Arteta one.

It's very similar to the exsisting one but I think the detailing in the shirt is quite good.

The shorts & socks are a throw back to the NEC days!

Its really grown on me quite quickly, only thing I'd change is that I want an actual collar, I just preffer shirts to have a proper collar. Not as big as the Liverpool one, kinda like a couple of seasons ago one.

The sponsors dont dictate what the shirt looks like in any way. You can change the style of a kit and keep the same sponsor. Its more our colours thats dictate our shirts, you cant just change colours for a new style so it makes it difficult to change our shirts greatly because we are synonomous with royal blue with white shorts.

It still doesnt make any sense that our shirt is similar to last season just because chang is on it

With Mark on this...and Dunny why the fuck do you want a collar on it? You gonna wear a tie  ?

But if you want a collar...then this is a collar (and yes I had one B) )!!!

That is a very impressive collar, I just feel that collars add something to the shirt, more definable as a football top.

Thats the sort of collar I meant.

tbh i dont think it is that much different that this seasons.

Chang must be the sponsor for next season or they wouldnt sell them and if the sponsor did change they would have to replace all the shirts they sold as it would be there fault.

Im gonna buy one but i will wait for the transfer before i get a name and number as knowing my luck we will sell him.

Actualy umbro has a significant impact on the outcome of our shirt as they basicly make the whole design as if you look to the rangers shirt and new west ham shirt that are umbro they are very very similar accept for the colours they both have the V necks on so it is up to them to make the shirt look alot diffrent witch is a tuff task sticking to there boundarys of a trademark umbro shirt. I still also belive that having chang on the shirt allways will make it look similar. As i bet you any money that if this shirt we have now had for example royal bank of scotland on it it would look suprisingly diffrent.

Umbro arent our sponsor theyre our kit maker, so obviously they have some imput. They put the designs to the club and the club chooses.

The Chang thing just doesn't work for me - two elephants either side of a fountain - FFS. Almost as bad as Hafnia.

Quite like the Chang logo myself...it's two elephants because in Thai chang (ช้าง) means elephant ;) (and I'd have though it's a tree between them, not a fountain?).

Anyhow won't we now have a special shirt for Europe...with silver name and numbers on, as last time? If so, though I don't go for it myself, Josh wants his Arteta to be that style.

I thought I'd like it after lookin at the pics but watching the game it didn't really appeal to me, think it might be the pattern on the sides of the shirt, not too keen on it.

it wasnt a different shirt mike, it was just silver letters on the normal shirt. i'm sure they'll offer different letters if the players have them
