Fishman, post #28 gave me food for thought, yes there has been progress and yes it has been slow, but ATM I am happy with our financial situation, and our continent like progress in the right direction.

There are many clubs in far worse condition than us, I have waited this long for us to take our place at "the top table", a little while longer doesn't faze me in the least.

we now seem to have a sense of direction. better training ground, progress in seeking a new stadium, money for new players and a genuine desire for real progress.

we are moving in the right direction after being in the doldrums for far too long.

im as optimistic as the next guy, but ive seen what this board does year in year out. yes they backed moyes with the players he wanted, they have the new training ground started (by the way that was in the pipe line before the days of BK, we've owned that farm a LONG time!)

as much desire as BK has, it is only the same desire any Evertonian will have for the club to succeed. but dont forget this man who runs our club is no business man, the reason we have KW.BK is just a writer, an Evertonian, and he is a rich man, but not rich in terms of owning a football club, not knowlegable enough to run a football club, and not sensible enough or selfless enough to let people of higher wealth and business knowledge get our club back to the top.

dont get me wrong, we are making progress, steady and slowly is fine, but i do not believe these are the right men to take us where we want to be, not the whole way there anyway

Ok cheers

Stevo i think KW has done well but we need someone to take over BK

To take over or overthrow or buy out or kidnap him or just do something.

I'm afraid that BK has proven himself to be more of a showman than an Evertonian, time to go Bill.

Im not sure, if portsmouth are intrested in a big player they probaly take 1 look at the stadium and say no, whilst at Everton the stadium (isnt the best) but is 42,000 and were having new training facilities being built, as long as we have som1 bringnin money into the club by next season ill be happy

They will improve everywhere - the stadium, the squad etc, all they have to show players is the progress they will make and players will come. They can make giant steps in one transfer window, we can only make baby steps. Without money we will fall behind. BK wont let this club go to anyone.
