  1. Because Dele’s contract with Everton is up, that doesn’t mean Everton’s contract with Spurs is up. The deal will be water tight.
  2. The same regardless. Pay off his contract or keep paying him until his contract ends. It’ll cost us the same.
  3. The saddest part of all of it for me is that Bill was the saviour of the evil Peter Johnson, yet leaves with no real legacy. Peter Johnson delivered an FA Cup win. Even Moshiri will deliver a stadium. I don’t see anything to remember Bill for other than turning Evertonians against each other.
  4. You need to chill out Palfy. All this stuff will get you too stressed.
  5. If they turn the debt into equity I have no problem with that. Seems thats what the PL want them to do anyway.
  6. There wont be cash to release against it, its being built with debt. If any cash is released it would have to settle the debt first, which would leave no cash left. Once the stadium is built and handed over to the club, they can then refinance the debts. So we could put all of the debts into one place and with the security of the stadium we can get a lower interest rate. Now we have debts secured against an unfinished stadium there is higher risk and higher interest.
  7. Something a bit different, you can move the camera around and have a look. Not the highest resolution, but i'm just having a go now, its a bit of fun.
  8. Completely agree, Rob. Also, the stadium is costing around £760m to build (based on Moshiri’s last comments about it), it will have a similar sized debt once completed as we’ve not funded from our own money. So when it’s complete there wouldn’t really be a financial benefit to selling it. It wouldn’t really have any significant profit, and instead of repayments we would be paying rent. I don’t see a scenario where we sell it any time soon. With the land being leased from Peel, we may not even be able to sell it.
  9. No it doesn’t need to be sold. All these loans we’ve got are to complete the stadium, but right now we don’t have an asset to secure them against. When we do everything can be restructured. 777 have done most of the lending anyway, so if they get control of the club it’s pretty straightforward.
  10. Yes. Right now we have big debts but technically nothing to show for it. Once the stadium is complete we have a massive asset that generates turnover, and a debt offset against the asset. It’s not about selling it either, it’s just security. We’re just in a bridging phase for the remainder of the build. Financially the stadium won’t be a problem when it’s up and running.
  11. After that pay off, she won’t work a day in life again.
  12. Jemma is one of the main organisers of 1878s.
  13. Just relegate us now. Im hoping that includes a lot of money being spent on the stadium. If this squad is that expensive we might as well just wrap up the whole thing now.
  14. I’m asking the same question because you haven’t answered it. I asked if it’s fun. I don’t see how the answer can be anything other than yes or no, but you haven’t answered it. You’ve explained why you act like this, but I’ve asked if it’s fun for you. Nothing more, nothing less.
  15. Feathers aren’t ruffled. It’s confusion as to why you do this and why you think people gang up on you. My point was that if we were all so against you wouldn’t we just take the easy option and delete? No one gangs up on you like you think. You just pick fights with everyone who disagrees with you and it’s normally a lot of people. And yet you still can’t answer a basic question that is do you find the way you act in here fun?
  16. If there was a pack mentality, and the clique you’re so fond of, that’s always against you, why wouldn’t we just delete your account?
  17. I asked a question if you enjoyed this, which you haven’t answered. It’s a simple yes or no. You were asked to find proof because you, as usual, were hammering an argument about your current whipping boy and switched to pulling up opinions on other topics.
  18. Throwing toys? Seriously! Again, these retentive arguments where you see the need to pull up someone’s differing opinion from a decade ago, do you find it fun? It’s a closed question.
