  1. Getting an error on that Louis .
  2. What he said^^^^^. Quite right! Really could be on the verge of something here. Little bit more quality in depth over the summer and a little luck with injuries and things could move on to another level. Most optimism around for twenty-four years! Exciting times!
  3. No, that was Sussex .
  4. Just the place mate (Glastonbury festival isn't actually in Glastonbury anyway, it's in Pilton which is seven miles away and much closer to Shepton Mallett, affectionately known locally as Shit'n Smellitt ). We had our first place together in the town and Josh was...er...created there. Good job we didn't go for the Beckham method of naming children . Go back every year if we can.....it's a good place to be .
  5. Goodison Park. Need to be with other Evertonians and for me that's the second best place to be. I've got tickets in separate blocks but I've been in touch with Ian Ross and Andy Ward (who's arranging beamback) and they've both said the stewards should be able to sort us seats together. Leave home by 8.30 having set the Sky+ for Setanta & ITV coverage. Get there nice and early and enjoy the day. If there's any natural justice in the world it'll be a day to remember for all the right reasons. The car decoration will start any time soon !
  6. He knows I'd have coped with the guilt Jamie . And he'd have understood. He's a good lad. (Now will you go to bed!!!)
  7. Can't win them all mate. We've got two beamback tickets (thanks to StevO for the second one) and we'll find somewhere to sleep the night if (when) we win so we can be there for the parade . I'd have felt like a shit going to Wembley and leaving Josh at home anyway.
  8. Nothing big this year, bit of camping in August probably....Glastonbury . Big plans for next year though, my fiftieth birthday so armed with 15,000 Air-Miles (prob 17,000 by then) we're gonna be doing something special....either long haul or a long stay (3 weeks minimum) somewhere nearer.
  9. Dear Supporter, We regret to inform you that, following the completion of the ballot and allocation process, your application for an FA Cup final ticket has been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the very limited allocation of tickets the Club received for the final necessitated a ballot. Your support is hugely appreciated and the fact we have been unable to satisfy all ticket applications is enormously frustrating. Kind Regards, Everton Football Club
  10. No idea what you're talking about Dark mate !
  11. About £2m each for the top earners? So maybe £30/35m in total? Have we added gate receipts? Off the top of my head £750,000 times 25ish? £18.75m.
  12. Tim Howard interview on the beeb... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ton/8068890.stm There's a TC one from a couple of days ago on there too... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ton/8068691.stm
  13. http://www.evertonfc.com/webcam/
  14. Not far down the M5 from you mate, just outside Cullompton. I've looked at joining WCB a few times but not done it yet. If I had the money to go more often I'd probably go for it .
  15. Whereabouts are you dibble? In Devon myself . For anyone who's going, or thinking about going, to Goodison, you can see on the webcam where they're putting the screen up. Gonna be funny to see the pitch without grass.
  16. I believe we got around £11.5m prize money for fifth place last year with each place being worth £720,000. Think I read somewhere that it was £760,000 this year which would mean we earned £12.16m this time. Anyone know if that's accurate? Can't find anything googling .
  17. Call me a traditionalist but I'd prefer it personally if we played a goalkeeper as well .
  18. They're odds-on to get relegated next season. Odds of Europe? Ever? Don't know....100-1 maybe? I still wouldn't take it. Fantasyland.
  19. Carrick was very poor. Barely a decent pass all night.
  20. Only one winner unless United turn it around completely in the second half. Men against boys for most of the first 45. Very enjoyable. Seems like Barcelona might just be good enough to join us as the only teams to deny United a trophy this year .
  21. "All supporters who have applied and been successful have now been notified. Unfortunately, supporters yet to be contacted have been unsuccessful in their application and will not receive a ticket due to the limited allocation the Club received. The Club will be contacting all unsuccessful applicants via the email address or mobile number provided to confirm in the next 24 hours." :crying_anim: The second part seems to me to be rubbing salt in the wound. I suppose they think it's the decent thing to do but frankly I could do without it .
  22. Not overly bothered who wins it but like everyone hope it's a good game. If I had to pick who I wanted to win I'd go for Barcelona...just, but I think United will just edge it. May the best team win is what I say...doesn't always happen.
  23. It's the one voted for by all 92 managers, for the best of the 92. Fergie won the prem closed shop. I'd say DM got the big one . Headline in the Nottingham Evening post is... Moyes scoops top award They seem to think so too!
