Would you not say China and the MLS are the same? They both have a similar transfer policy but China have more money to throw at it.
 
Anyway I'd have to say on experience of winning cups etc alone I'd take him for a few seasons, I think he would be more than a bench warmer and our younger players would learn how to cope with big games from him. That said I wouldn't break the bank to get him.

I'm aware your not his biggest fan everyone has their own opinions. I'd offer him a new contract in a shot as I believe he will, in a few years be our main man.
 
I also think you should look to get as much local talent into your team as possible, I can't get my head around how many foreign players we have in our leagues.

I'm not sure about a below ground level stadium, I'm pretty sure it restricts the capacity as it's harder to evacuate in a dangerous situation. And as we're Everton there would be a freak once in a lifetime flood and we'd end up with the world's most expensive swimming pool!

He made some really important interceptions yesterday and is clearly quicker over ground than Jags I'd stick with him.

The problem at the moment is Koeman wants us pressing the ball the players we have were told to do exactly the opposite for 3 seasons.
 
He needs time to get his own players in players he knows can do what he wants them to. January can't come fast enough!!

Loved Sharp and Heath they were brilliant together. I must say the big man little man strike force doesn't always work tho just ask Sharpy what his thoughts on Cottee.

He reminded me of Peter Beagrie loads of skill just to many step overs. Why they felt the need to beat a man stop then try and beat him again was beyond me!

My assessment so far is yeah we could've done slightly better but i'd have taken this start to the season no question. Will we improve the squad in January?? Probably so if we're still where we are now fantastic, kick on from there.
