I bet finishing that course was a load off your mind.
cum laude is latin, means with distinction.GRAY! signing of the season so far -

Not sure what schooling you got as a kid, but if "shit" and "average" are comparable to you, you should ask for a refund.
He's a decent squad player. Not gonna light the world on fire, not gonna completely shit the bed either
i was in top 10% of the nation mate, average was most certainly shit and not acceptable, a B wasn't acceptable, it was A or A+. Same with college, graduated cum laude.

Is he back to shit not average?
again i don't know your hierarchy of terms you rate players. shit and average have very little between them. i don't want players of either ilk at everton. i want good, great, excellent, class players.

Didn't you just have a debate with someone on here where you backtracked and said you actually think he's just average?
you turning into a pedant now too? he's not good enough, shouldn't be starting. had a breakaway and fell over himself when someone challenged him. shit average ok poor, he ain't good enough regardless of what word you use to describe him. if it makes you happy i'll refer to him as "not good enough" in the future and let you figure out what word you'd like to attach to that

example 2 townsend is shit

every time they counter they have a wide open midfield and just waltz into the box.

townsend is shit example number 1

we look setup to give them the ball and defend for our lives for a 0-0 draw FFS. they look like barca out there so far. nice passing and just dicing up our midfield.

We knew he didn’t want to be here. Should have gotten more, we paid more and he did well at PSG so his stock is higher, but this is brands so we barely eek a profit. Just a bad signing from beginning to end. The whole mom bit in the press conference, etc.

Think Iwobi had a niggle. We are so thin on the bench. Keane and Holgate both need to improve dramatically here
Yeah honestly I would have rather seen branthwaite and just risked it, give keane a rest to sort his shit out.

You have apple TV?
Yeah my wife got it to watch Ted lasso she loves that show. I couldn’t find anything on there really for me but I watch mosquito coast (based on the book) and it was like crack. I could not stop watching it, was on the edge of my seat. Loved it. Justin Theroux is the lead actor, he’s good.
its 5 bucks a month. Add to that Netflix and Disney+ (Disney Hulu espn+) I’m at 35 bucks a month for the families viewing programs. Sure beats what cable costs (basic is 120+ a month)

What is wrong with godfrey? Why is Townsend starting over iwobi who has been great so far? Lineup doesn’t inspire me
-
Hell no, stop buying arenals overrated overhyped English boys. Fuck sake no more trash
-
Good we shouldn’t sell. Let brands do his fucking job and lineup replacements BEFORE we sell if we ever do so we don’t get fleeced like we did with lukaku.

It actually says, "It’s understood that some staff at Goodison Park actually wanted Jebbison signed back then but people higher up at Everton chose not to strike a deal" which is a completely meaningless statement as it doesn't quantify where the line between the "staff" and the "higher ups" was drawn (maybe Jimmy Martin thought it was a good idea but nobody else did). Also anything starting with "It's understood" means the writer has no source, and no idea.
When you interpret that as "we" wanted to sign him who exactly are you thinking "we" were?
it always amazes me the rather poor standards of journalism in your country. what's even more sad is that i was fooled by them thanks mike, the bit you say on the "it's understood" is fascinating to me. essentially the whole article is made up, without a source, just a journo pontificating. i can't believe that is acceptable over there. i'm not saying america is the bastion of quality journalism (it's not), but there at least has to be a credible source, and depending on the publication, multiple credible sources that are vetted. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. i'm in the latter on this one.

report says we wanted to sign him but the higher ups at everton didn't. i wonder is that an indictment on Brands or someone else.

Looks increasingly likely that Ronaldo moves to City. Never would've seen that one coming when this summer began.
City and Chelsea gonna run away with it this year it looks like. Everton in a distant 13rd.
fixed it for you
