  1. Lee Mason is a fucking shithead. That is a red card. Last man all day long.
  2. Sorry missed him, you're right. 4/11 not great still
  3. Glorious! No surprise the goal comes from nothing and from 2 of the 3 (DCL being the other) who are worthy of being on the pitch right now.
  4. We don't really have anyone to blame here. Carlo only has 2 cm to work with. Schneiderlin wanted to go, Gbamin and Delph can't stay fit, Besic is ineligible. It is completely unfair to Davies and Gomes to expect them to carry a 2 man midfield every 3 days under the best of circumstances forget about the 3 month pause and Gomes' injury. We're just fucked and until the window opens we have to hope for some luck. I'm much more discouraged by our defensive errors recently. Thought we were getting that sorted.
  5. Very good agility and shot stopper but his hands, judgement and attitude are crap. He's not good enough as it is and there is a profit to be made here by selling him and signing a cheaper, but better, replacement. I'd address this immediately. Chelsea may look to replace Kepa and Sheffield need to replace Henderson unless he's loaned again. Palace, West Ham and Leeds might be options as well but the fee won't be as high for them. Mat Ryan, Pope, Ramsdale all good enough.
  6. I absolutely detest Lee Mason and Jon Moss. Detest.
  7. Come on guys it's one goal. Davies against City could compete with this and look at how we view him at the moment. Also Juve lost 4-2 to an average Milan team - Rabiot was subbed off in the 69th min after Milan scored 3 goals in 5 mins. He's probably better than any player we have here now but that's not saying much is it. We need a f***ing ball winner.
  8. Mou will have laid into his team after the Sheffield performance. They're due for a response, need to weather the first 15-20 minutes. Also interested to see any/all interaction between Andre and Son.
  9. @markjazzbassist table to start this thread was so helpful - thought it would be nice to have an update prior to today's match. Everton to play - Spurs (A), Soton (H), Wolves (A), Villa (H), Sheffield (A), Bournemouth (H) Palace to play - Chelsea (H), Villa (A), Man U (H), Wolves (A), Spurs (H) Arsenal to play - Leicester (H), Spurs (A), Liverpool (H), Villa (A), Watford (H) Sheffield to play - Wolves (H), Chelsea (H), Leicester (A), Everton (H), Soton (A) Burnley to play - West Ham (A), Liverpool (A), Wolves (H), Norwich (A), Brighton (H) Spurs to play - Everton (H), Bournemouth (A), Arsenal (H), Newcastle (A), Leicester (H), Palace (A) Wolves to play - SheffU (A), Everton (H), Burnley (A), Palace (H), Chelsea (A) There is no catching Utd anymore. Wolves however is possible - if we win today and Thursday we go to Molineux at worst 5 points back. Even if we lose today 7th is still possible. Have to beat Wolves and Sheffield and hope Arsenal slip up on their run in. Palace and Burnley are hanging around admirably but I just don't see them as threats.
  10. After Leicester I said I'd be happy with a draw. That is no longer the case. I've been reading Faith of our Families and the players talk about these critical, but under the radar, games leading up to sustained success at the club. This feels like one of those games. We win this one, we win on Thursday (Southampton just put in a shift against City, they are safe and will surely rotate the squad) and then we go to Wolves on Sunday in 8th - maybe 7th...Arsenals next 3 games are Leicester, Spurs, Liverpool. COYB.
  11. Another USA toffee so everyone knows what’s coming: Hell yes get him in!

  13. Love this stuff. The kit reveals, summer tour announcements, transfers etc. No summer tour obviously so relying on some seriously nice kits this year. COYB
  14. Don't forget about Brighton. F***ing Brighton. VAR robbery unlike any other. The Premier League even said so in an official statement.
  15. If Richarlison is fit we should set up our expectations for a draw and hope for a win. Without him I fear a loss. His role is critical and we don't have anyone else who can do it at the moment.
  16. Massive 3 points. Currently two points off 7th and at worst we'll be 4 points off Spurs...who happen to be our next opponent. Absolutely everything to play for. COYB
  17. This is incredibly good. Still laughing 5 hours later. Glad Luke saw the humor in it as well. Love Carlo!
  18. Stating the obvious this game is critical for us. We're right there in the mix for 7th/8th. Palace and Burnley play today. SheffU and Spurs on Thursday. Teams right near with guaranteed points dropped. Hopefully both draws. We win this game and we're 2-3 points away from Europe. Maybe even in it even we can rely on City's ban and anyone but Arsenal winning the FA Cup.
