My gut feeling is that there have always been others interested but that 777 offered the best terms for Moshiri, while other suitors were offering less favourable terms to Moshiri that would be better for the club.

For those interested, the concrete “bowl” inside the stadium was completed yesterday afternoon.

A really cool photo was posted by the club on Twitter, here…

...and for years, our biggest moan was that they didn't give a shit. This is the biggest turnaround for me 👏👏👏

The product is miles better than the last three years. Remember we won 8 games in the whole of last season in the league. We won our 8th on Dec 16th this season (17 games). Need to end this run of games (6) without a win though.

    We fight on 👊🏼
It's easy to forget how far we've come because of where we have to see ourselves in the table.
Stabilise this season. March on next year.

It's only a point that kind of point can galvenise a team. Nothing pretty about it but pure effort. Say what you want about Dyche but we weren't getting half of that commitment from previous managers.

The thing is it doesn't matter if it's accidental, it's irrelevant, so changing it to that should not affect their job. Also, if it wasn't accidental contact for Onana against City when he was protecting his face as the ball was smashed at him at point blank range then this wasn't accidental either. He had enough time to get his arm out of the way but what he actually did was go from having his arm by his side to having it well away from his side.
They're just making things up as they go along, like the people that run the Premier League.
I wouldn't have felt hard done by if it'd been given against us because everyone knows that if your arm is away from your body then it's a penalty. The only thing I would've thought is "you fucking idiot" towards whoever had given the penalty away.

Expecting absolutely nothing out of this. If I've learned one thing from supporting this club, it's to set the bar low.

Let's look at it realistically. We've spent fuck all on transfers in the past three years - net transfer spend of -75m. There's only one other team with negative transfer spending, and that's Brighton. While we do have some good players and occasionally get lucky patches, the reality is that we aren't very good as a team, and our players aren't consistently performing well. Dyche does a good job of getting the best out of them, but sometimes he fails, or rather the players fail him. Anyway, we are where we are with our current squad in bad form. It is clear as day that we need a significant investment if we are to become competitive.

Alex Crook on TalkSPORT saying that 80% of the Premier League are on the edge of a breach. 16 out of 20 clubs!
The transfer window shows whats going on. Clubs are now scared to spend. What happens here is we now don’t get as many of the worlds best players coming here. The league ends up devaluing itself by its actions. But wait, they see this happening. So they have already got plans in place to change the rules to make sure that doesn’t happen. So when they change the rules City and Chelsea are ok, so they can carry on spending £100m on a player. During that time the damage has already been done to Everton and Forest. If I wasn’t so annoyed I’d be laughing.
