  1. Being fair,Fernadnes was only ever short term,Fair enough hes class and we would all love him but,i look at this two ways: 1)We pay most of our transfer kitty on him and get a great young player that within a few years will value and unless we brake into the top four will leave 2)we dont get manny and go for sidewell, barton and a few other players who could be alot cheaper and not only make our squad bigger but alot more quality to it. I would be happier with number 2 because the two players everyone seems to want is Manny & Nugent,I am not overlykeen on Nugent because I believe we would have to pay around £6 million for him, which is something I dont totally agree on. So thats £12 Million on two new good players but lets not all throw all our eggs in one basket. We need a good winger, another center mid or 2 and a left back because Valente is far too injury prone and is aging aswell as a new center back as we cant rely on Stubbs as back up. We need a bigger squad for next season if we are to compete in the UEFA,both domestic cups and aswell try and push on in the league.
  2. He did,I seen the goal but cant really remember it that much Think his record as been 7 goals in the last 5 or and he as scored 10 in his 1st season for Swindon. Not too bad really. Hope hes not another Scott Spencer.
  3. Oasis- Dont look back in anger love that song as it was the 1st single I ever bought and reminds me of the winslow after the 3-0 this season against the wall pushers. Had it blasting down the M58 then after reflecting on a great win.

When I was in the ground I thought he went for it and it came back of the defender, Fucking awesome finish and nice bit of skill to. No doubt it wont be on the BBCS goal of the month though and they will rather use a tap in from someone from the top four.Cunts.

  9. United were aware of the speculation, but were always confident Ronaldo would commit his future to Old Trafford. The speedy winger signed on the dotted line on Friday and it is a remarkable turnaround after he became public enemy number one for many English fans following his antics at last summer's World Cup finals. He brushed off the controversy following Wayne Rooney's dismissal during the game between England and Portugal to shine for United and manager Sir Alex Ferguson has expressed delight at the 22-year-old's decision to ink a five-year commitment. "It is fantastic news," the Scot told the club's website. "It emphasises the point that Cristiano is happy here and that he is at the right club. "He has a great relationship with the team, staff and the fans and he will go on to be one of Manchester United's great players." Ronaldo added: "I am delighted. I spoke with Sir Alex and David Gill about my future and everyone knew that I wanted to stay. "I am very happy at the club and I want to win trophies and hopefully we will do that this season." Great move by the mancs, Ronaldo as been the main reason why Utd have been the best side to watch this season. The way he stuck two fingers up to everyone over to those who accused him of over reacting when he got Rooney sent of in last summers World Cup, but this as just added to his game infact you could compare Ronaldo to what happened to Beckham in 1998,the year he got what could be said was alot worse treatment than, that of Ronaldo and went on to complete a treble, who says one player doesnt make a team eh?

I would take another last minute one nil winner after playing poorly. I dont care how we win aslong as we do,Charlton under Pardew look very orginised and will come to Goodison to get a point which for them would be a good point. Just hope Matty Holland doesnt score his once a season wonder strike against us.
  11. I think every summer in the premiership is becoming more crucial every summer really but with this one, hopefully we are going to see some of the new money being throwin in from the tv side of the game. We cant really afford to let many players go from our already paper thin squad. If people are to go I would be happy aslong as its the likes of Beattie, VDM, Pistone & Wright, we need to bring in players that are going to be able to come in and do a job.People are saying lets go and splash the cash on Nugent which for me is stupid, lets get our heads straight, yes hes a blue and the lad as a great errory of skill but the money Preston will ask if they dont get into the topflight will be well over the top,and we need two out and out wingers, aswell as more bodies in the middle of the park.If we do go out and get our players early I really think we will come out of at the start of next season flying. But lets not throw all our eggs in one basket,or two as the case with Manny & Nugent.
