Excellent RB, thats where he really made a name for himself. He has admitted that he is a better defender than midfielder, he just enjoys midfield more. Sadly, he just isnt the greatest techinal player or passer of a football, in the premiership you cant get away with that. BT is a complete legend, the guy is abit of a machine. Just a shame about the rest of the side and the manager. If it wasnt for his goals, we would be 2nd from bottom, that says it all.

Ok, most of you guys have you facts completly wrong. Phil Jagielka is a centre half, thats where he played all season in the prem last season, thats where he was outstanding. He first came into the side as a midfielder, was then moved to right back in the 2002-03 and moved back to midfield in the promotion season. He can play right back very well, but centre half has always been his best position. He is not good enough to play midfield in the premiership.
