Lots of errors here goldfish, KW never said it would cost 150 mill to build, just that the stadium would be WORTH 150 million once built. Also, I suggest you check your facts over the loop site, without 'enabling development' who is going to fund it? And as for access to the site, who is going to pay for all the bridges etc? Even if a stadium could fit, which in fact it can't, who is going to help EFC financially to build it? On a final note, this post by "ZED" has appeared on every forum and website since it was created by the KEIOC (under many different psuedonyms). I'm all for free speech but this smacks of spamming.

With real estate in liverpool becoming more and more at a premium, can't help feeling that if its took a number of years to come up with a loop site (which deffo seems to be dead in the water anyway) its gonna be next to impossible for the 'ideal site' to ever materialise... personally i cant see anything as good as kirkby coming up in the near future, in fact i cant see anything as good EVER coming up again.
