An article in one of our main newspapers has stated that, surprisingly, countries outside the UK have a far TV greater and more flexible coverage of the EPL than the UK itself. The journalist appeared to be basing this off a short visit to the UK recently and was unable to find many games on the TV due to various hotels only having one cable service and not the other etc, they also mentioned some stations had to use still images instead of actual highlights due to rights management. So let's see if it's true... this weekend, via our main cable provider FOXTEL, we have access to the following games. All of these are marked as LIVE. Saturday: Stoke v Arsenal (HD) Wigan v Newcastle (HD) Everton v Fulham Sunderland v Bolton Swansea v Wolves West Brom v Aston Villa Norwich v Shite Sunday: Chelsea v QPR Tottenham v Blackburn (HD) Monday: Man City v Man Utd We then get a couple of EPL and lower league highlights packages shown throughout the week, replays of the games and some lower league games on delayed broadcast... Is it a case that you'd have to be subscribed to multiple expensive cable providers in the UK to be able to watch any of these games or even pay per view? If so, I fully understand the large demand for stream links all the time in just about any football forum!

Who gives a crap about a few million... it's not like we'll be able to use it to replace him anyway... in FIFA12 then yes sell the icons to raise cash when they are 33+... but in real life I just can't see it being worth it when you look at what's left over from agent's fees and other expenses. I too want him to stay until retirement and then do stint in the A-League or sign onto a coaching role or something..

Look at that video again but don't focus too much on Bily, look at the supporting play and attacking options he has for his trick/quick passes, the other players reading what he might do to continue the attack etc... I think many times his style doesn't work for our team because the other players are standing off still or hanging back to prevent a possible counter.. I'm not saying he's the greatest and it's the fault of dull/crap players surrounding him just pointing out the movement of the team mates surrounding him going forward/attacking, he seems to have to either think too much about the pass because the options aren't there so much or perhaps it is simply too physical for him, can't really tell from those vids, seems like his playing style is not as fluent here at Everton and I think it's somewhat down to our often defensive mindset. Anyway, I had hoped that Bily would play a bigger role here but it seems unlikely, though that article is probably a load of crap.

I too thought coleman had a better game than usual, I was also frustrated that it was Bily off at half time rather than Osman... hell, if I'd been calling the shots i'd have probably chucked Gueye on for Osman and put him on the left and moved Bily back to the center.. Pretty please don't just automatically slot Distin next to Jags when he recovers from his injury..
