We’re rubbish in the middle. Fans shouted for this and the manager has buckled. We’ve been terrible since he changed it. look at that. Ball played low 40 yards across the middle of the pitch. We don't have a middle. Desperately crying for someone to step up. Need a leader out there. Don’t k ow who, but just one of those Neville tackles or something. That tackle might just do it haha.

Agree. We tough at the back, but not solid. Lacklustre in midfield. Non existent up front. But when we had 11 I still thought Harrison and McNeil could be dangerous.

I agree. We battled hard, but it was four or five rather than the whole team. Our lack of being able to make a five or ten yard pass was really concerning. Onana tried to take the game by the scruff of the neck, and Doucoure came into it a bit on the second half. Other than that I thought the rest were really poor and it was a case of hang on and see what happens. But I would say given the circumstances we didn’t look like the usual gulf in class difference. And there were a few positives to look forward to.

Gone for Myko. Excellent all game. Can hold his head high. Onana would have had it if he had stayed on. Stepped up to the plate today. Doucs was hit and miss. Some really graft in there, but quality was low. Branthwaite and Tarks were very good. The rest we’re on the pitch, but either didn’t do much or hid. Weird match. It felt like the inevitable until the sending off. That seemed to galvanise us.

I thought Patterson did well when he came on. He seems to be getting back into form after a dodgy start to the season. Should take advantage of the situation now.

That’s ok, would rather we went for it and tried for a goal rather than defend a 0-1 loss. Well done lads, battled your hearts out.

Got to say. I expected us to get battered this second half. But we’ve actually stayed in the match. Got to give them credit for that, and it gives confidence going forward.

Wasn’t the odd tackle mate. It was most likely a goal saving tackle. It’s right to criticise, and fair. But it’s also right to give credit where due. For me they were both yellows and deserved, but it doesn't make his tackle any less important.

I agree with the young criticism, but we would be 0-1 down as well without his tackle. One moment I know.

He has needed to step up today and he has. Been excellent.
