If it goes ahead the Official club store is to be built next to the stadium in a retail unit. Finch Farm, the training Ground already built in Halewood, Knowsley Everton In The Community also plans to relocate it's office to Knowsley according to the planning documents. Although Walton MP Peter Kilfoyle said that EITC have promised to carry on their work within his area occasionally on his website. There are plans to build a Coaching complex in Cronton, Knowsley similar to what Bolton have (http://www.bwfccoaching.co.uk). The only full-time presence Everton will have in Liverpool if they don't introduce a new club store in the city will be a display in a local sports store.
