Stayed in Burmarrad Mac, friend of a friend owned a place there. At the time it was a small village, no tourists other than us and I loved it, no idea what it's like now. Great place, visited virtually every corner I think, plus Comino. Have some great memories of it, first time I went abroad with friends instead of family....twenty-seven years ago now though . Also had a couple of superb meals at a Lebanese restaurant in the Corinthia Palace Hotel and got hammered in a club at the top of the Preluna Hotel in Sliema....have a great long-term memory, just can't remember where I've parked the car when I come out of Tescos . Love to go back, Gozo appeals a lot...peace, quiet and feeling like I'm somewhere different, not full Enlish brekkie and 24hr partying.
