Nobody really stood out for me today, even Jagielka made some poor decisions throughout the game. I thought that James Vaughan made an important contribution when he came on and really made the attack look threatening for the last few minutes that he played. Fellaini had a good all-round performance and that is why he gets my vote.

I agree with Jesse about Yakubu. He did score, congratulations, but he went down too easy again, looked lazy again and other than the goal he didn't contribute again. I'm getting more and more happy with letting him go come January.

Turnbull breathed another sigh of relief after appearing to bring down Yakubu inside the box, and Everton kept the pressure on with Joseph Yobo heading over after Mikel Arteta played a short corner to Phil Neville on the right.

From the match report over at Sky Sports. The thing for me is that I can't remember which incident that they're talking about he went down that often. I mean, maybe it was a penalty but because Webb had waved away so many poor dives that he just branded the foul as a dive. If he does it every single time he breaks into the box then he's less likely to get a penalty when he does get brought down unfairly. I hope he dosen't settle for this goal and goes on another 9 game streak of doing nothing, falling over and complaining.

Well for once without a doubt Fellaini gets my vote. I was pleasanty impressed with his performance yesterday, can't remember any wayward passes (anyone have his pass completion stats from the game?).

I thought Jags had an OK game, not his usual standard.

2 players that for me needn't have been on the pitch, Arteta & Cahill.

Yakubu did his job, got a goal.

Sorry but who scored the equaliser that got us a vital 1 point..?

Good performance or bad performance, he scored a goal to get us a draw.

But how do you know what the score might have been had he not played?

Vaughan up front or Pienaar starting with TC pushing further forward we may have won.

We'll never know :) .

It may have been 0-1 may have been 1-1, the only facts we have is Yak scored an equaliser.

I cannot see TC having an impact on a game on his current form...Vaughan maybe, lets see how he goes on Tuesday for U21's if he gets a game.

how you can defend the yak is beyond me, he was the worst player on the pitch.

but he was the same most of last season, but if he still gets vital goals he needs to be on the pitch.

hes not the kind of player to chase lost causes and cause a riot for the defenders, but give him a chance in the box he puts it away
