The landowners will essentially be Knowsley Council. Everton will lease from Tesco - a 999 year agreement has been mentioned in the past. Essentially Everton will be renting the land the stadium is built on from Tesco and Robert Elstone has said that Everton will benefit from activities that go on in the stadium (presumably excluding Knowsley Council's 100 free uses per year).
