jaytwee
I really hope the Davey isn't goin to throw him back in and put Lescott back on the left, the back has been solid and Baines has been just as good as Jagielka, doesn't stop runnin up an down that line. Ian C
I think he was just giving Baines a rest. God knows he deserves it.
Guest efctaxi
I know Baines is playing well , but Yobo is a great player . Having them both in the squad is fantastic isn't it ? Also Yobo plays on the right , and Baines on the left , so not all is crystal clear lol I don't think Lescott will be here come summer

Baines is the better of the two this season but Yobo seems like he would do a good job should he get the chance again. I hope that his substitution yesterday was purely to get his fitness up rather than to get him back into the team. I would choose Baines over him if it came down to that I would hate to see our defence changed just for Joseph. Depends what Moyes thinks, he's in charge
The Beard
I think Yobo getting a run out was more tactical than anything. Bolton started isolating Davies against Baines in the air which Moyes was quick to see, so I think it was a decent substitute despite Baines recent revelation as left back.
