King Louis was such a goal threat today it was incredible. Definitely unlucky not to be taking home the match ball at the very least.

If he stays fit I'm a lot more confident about the final than I was yesterday.

Special mentions to Peanuts, Pip, Cahill, Fellaini and Jacobsen.

Very impressed with Fellaini's passing today , and untill he went off , thought he was possibly our tidiest player .

Not at all impressed with Osman yet again .

Our defense nearly got caught out a few times again today , which is worrying .

Neville tidied things up quite well too .

Mo for me .

Thought that Cahill was shite today. He had one good chance in front of goal but he looked way off the pace, his performance today says to me that he's saving himself for the final, not worthy of a shout IMO. Fellaini did have a good game today and come away with the goal whereas King Louis could have come away with the matchball.

Jacobsen should definatly be our new right back, letting him go would be a waste of excellent talent. He showed today just how good he was and ensured that nothing (other than that damn good goal) slipped through into the net. Nice to see Yobo pop up with a goal too !!

Special mention to JV, not for his performance but good to see him back to fitness :king_right:

A decent effort all round considering whats at stake in two weeks time. I know players will want to impress but I reckon it's hard not to have the final in the back of your mind. Imagine the situation reversed for the penalty and sending off, do you reckon our defence would give a goal away rather than being sent off. Anyway back to yesterday and my man of the match goes to Pienaar for his industry, trickery and great run for the third goal and a decent ball that just invited a goal.

Big Mo'. Very tidy performance and his most measured game for a long time. Looked the most composed player on the pitch, which is a first.

That was why he got my vote too .

Next year might be a big year for the guy , especially if we get a few new talents to keep him focused .

Strange how people see games differently! I thought Cahill had a good game today he won the penalty would have scored had it not been for an unbeleivable save by Rob Green, was always there to receive the ball and start off another attack and won some important tackles.

He is being asked to play a much deeper role since Arteta was injured and I think hes doing it well also I was late getting back into my seat after half time, (the service in the Park End for a beer is shite! ) , but I didnt realise I missed a Fellaini goal

Oh I voted for Piennar by the way!

Pienaar, in amazing run of form...must be worth a bet to get a goal in the final. Saha always has goals in him, shame he cannot stay fully fit.

Fellaini, well for once he wasn't shit. He did what he hasn't done so far, played an OK game. By no means MOTM though.

For you to say that makes me think he is worth the £15 million
