He is a great box keeper , but long shots seem to catch him out , possibly due to his distance from goal in his positioning . Earned his contract though . Earned his contract though . i dont think he stands too far away from the goal, its not like he gets lobbed. if hes further out the ball shouldnt be going past him. i think he just peforms better with less time to think, even if its only a split second or two. wright was similar, he was a brilliant shot stopper, but from distance he was crap. howards better than him though.
