If it helps then there's no way you can see Exeter's ground from the train....Ashton Gate's a possible, it's fairly close to the railway but in a built up area, depends whether it's raised ot not. East Midlands would indicate possibilities of Derby too but I am not sure if that is too far south. Obviously going up the north east it must be possible to see Middlesborough? OK maybe not, but the Stadium of Light is a deffo isn't it? I don't think you can see StJames from the train, but I am not sure as I have never been on the train up that way.
