No idea how reliable this guy (Ian Hernon) is, or whether it's just a guess...

what is the second Mersey crossing when it is at home?

 

Its an under the water (River Mersey) tunnel joining Liverpool to Birkenhead and The Wirral, of which there is already two. :blink:

So I'm assuming the next crossing will be a bridge, something like the Humber bridge perhaps, slightly bigger than the Runcorn bridge, which already exists.

2nd crossing ???, more like 3rd or even 4th. :huh:
