Why not?

Why not indeed?

We first had a collar in 1884...but they went out of fashion in the early twentieth century. Came back big style in the seventies though...if I remember correctly it was Leeds that started it (along with the silly girly sock number tags which happily never caught on).

Well your keeper kit is, erm, different!! The black/grey version isn't too bad, not the green one though.

Least you've got yours out, we've not even seen a sneak peak of ours because we still ain't got a sponsor

Using the banner above I hope ;)

IMO get the banner updated for the new kit and also put another one down the bottom of the page? People are always scrolling down so if you've got a second one closer to the last post that people read they'll see the banner more often.

Also, just curious as to what benefits TT gets from having the banner on the site and what benefits TT gets when people use the link?

Kitbag paid the costs of running the site for a year, we'd always relied on contributions previously to keep ad free.

We get no direct benefit from people using the link but Kitbag monitor the business they get through us and if it's enough they'll potentially keep paying.

In the webchat with Phil Neville on the official site, he said that Tim Howard had a hand in designing the goalkeeper kit.

As in he dabbed his hand in various shades of green paint and slapped it randomly on a bit of cloth....or more likely he got one of his kids to do it  .
