seve
Still can't blame him for the YB goal, just a quality finish. No excuses for Leicester though. he was stood 6 feet to one side of his goal inviting the shot to that side and it beat him even ratters said in commentary what was he thinking of it was like watching a 10 year old in the park on a Sunday and you sound like his dad he is awful and has to go for the sake of the team and the team comes first. the commentary team were also confused by the dropping of robles after 3 clean sheets for a man who was having his worst season at the club. Paddock
His positional sense was shocking. He shouldn't be getting beat like that so easily rom that type of range. He should have saved the Chelsea goal as well. It was a shit punch and again a soft goallet in at his near post. Imo he isto blame for all 4 goals since he came back just some he is more culpable for than others. Martinezputting him back in like he did shows an astoundingly shit his mangerial skills are. The man has no bollocks.
markjazzbassist
Paddock wins. His press conference Howard is starting because he needs to get match fitness (why not play him u-21 then?? Ffs) and you need experience in Europe. Bull shit on all accounts. Joel needs to call his agent and get a move in the summer, poor guy, 3 clean sheets and he's replaced for a geriatric keeper who's save percentage is equivalent to the local tax rate (10% where I live). "He needs match fitness" is him trying to excuse his utterly shit performances. In other words he's not match fit that's why he let the soft goals in. He must have been not match fit all swason then the fucking pair of clowns! If I was Robles I'd be knocking his door down tomorrow with a written transfer request because after the good performances, clean sheets, commanding his area etc and Howards constant fuck ups, if he can't get a game now (regularly) he never will. I slated Robles on here called him all kinds but he definitely done MORE than enough to make me hold my judgement on him and him to be given a chance. Memmaclub
When there was all this chat about keeper transfers I was thinking do we need a new keeper Joel can be the number one Tim drops to number 2. That's life

EFC-Paul
how easily people are swayed on this forum... i have always backed joel but some people really need to take a long hard look in the mirror. How so? His form has been piss poor he had very little to do in the YB game but got beat by a tame lofted shot due to his atrocious positioning and had a howler against Leicester he's never been much more than a good shot stopper and has always been prone to a clanger and I'm not saying that due to him obviously being on the slide either I've genuinely never been a huge fan of his Admittedly Joel had a shaky start but to drop the lad after playing so well either proves Martinez is clueless or is swayed by "experience" Every player has their day and for me personally Howard has seen better and if possible we should at least try and get some return on him

They just gouge you on property and estate tax or not enough people live there to make it significant? I think I remembered wrongly. State income tax was zero, not sales tax (which is 6 percent). Your question remains valid, though. http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2013/04/05/the-7-states-with-no-income-tax.aspx New Hampshire has neither income tax nor state tax. http://commonwealthmagazine.org/politics/the-download-how-does-new-hampshire-do-it/ Getting back on track, Tim Howard is from New Jersey, so his save percentage should be 7%. Shukes
I don't think K goalkeeper is our biggest problem. Tim needs to be dropped. But I don't think Robles is going to come in and do an amazing job. I watched Robles run in goal. It was nothing spectacular and he also made mistakes...He just got lucky that the other team didn't capitalise on them. Does he deserve to he ahead of Howard?... Yes marginally....but that's all. Walker
Also, Robles was improving game by game as his confidence grew. I don't for a minute think Robles is good enough to be our #1 long term, I think come the summer a new keeper has to brought in to take that number one spot, but he was until he was dropped performing better than Howard. Howard's mistakes have been highlighted this season and rightly so, he's cost us points, simple as. I fear even bringing Robles back in might not have a great impact, his confidence was growing and he's been dropped for Howard, who in my opinion is one of the worst starting goalkeepers in the premier league. If Robles was brought back in as #1 I doubt his confidence will be up to scratch after Martinez showing no faith in him, Robles + no confidence = fucking disaster. New song to the tune of Atomic Kittens "you can make me whole again"..... Looking back from when we first met, signed you from Athletico I'll never forget, Joel you're number 1, Howards fucking gone , you can play in goal again Love it. barryj
I think most of you have forgot how bad Joel is. He's had a couple of good games and that's it! Tim has made some recent mistakes but I'd rather him between the sticks than the flapper any day. Just my opinion.
Blue 250
Howard has been a great servant to Everton, but maybe his best is behind him, I'd say he's still a prem goalkeeper, buwe have a potential replacement in Joel, he's been shakey himself but he did look like he was improving.Probably a good chance for Martinez to show some guts and stick with he lad. Keep them both, play the one on form, that's how it should work. Can't help but think, that if Joel had smashed home his penalty against West Ham and won us the game added to how his game was improving he would be thinking he was 10 feet tall, we'll never know ! Walker
why the fuck did Martinez sign Joel in the first place for 3.5m? we're signing players that don't improve the squad. we need progression with everything we do.
Lowensda
We've only kept 3 clean sheets this season. Thanks Joel! Only pissing positive I can muster.
Lowensda
Rewatched the first goal. A half decent keeper would have saved that, I have absolutely no doubt.
Paddock
I was literally right behind it, about 6 rows back on the lower teir right behind the goal but virtually on line with Howards right hand post as he looks out and as it left Moseshead I never thought for a minute it wasgoing to go in until it did. You know what I mean, sometimes a shot or header goes in and as soon as it leaves the head/boot you just know it's in before it's got there but this I thought would be saved. Granted he placed it beautifully but a good keeper tips that over for me.
Hafnia
I personally think Howard has been wearing lead boots, absolutely no agility. Slow to get down, no spring in his legs. In short he's shot. Robles saves that header all day long for me. Lowensda and Matt
