Cornish Steve
Shouldn't need to rotate anything. These top athletes should be able to play both Friday and Monday. We get three days' rest. Most teams get just two games. Not sure why we're worried about this. markjazzbassist
Cornish Steve
Joel to start again according to the boss. Excellent. Let's hope it stays that way. Stek should never have been #1 in the first place.

rubecula
I never say the opposition is shit before a game, and they are in the Premiership, where any team can beat any other team, However, saying that, we are much better and we SHOULD win fairly easily. I would like a 433 set up here with Lukaku, Valencia and Mirallas up front.
Aidan
So, just to clarify, Gana is available for this game? But wont be for the Saints?

Paddock
Watch Everton do a typical "Everton" tonight and get turned over. These are shite we should be them easily.
Paddock
So, just to clarify, Gana is available for this game? But wont be for the Saints? He will play against Soton it's his last game before he goes. Fuck knows what we're going to do with McCarthy injured as well.
MikeO
Yes he is available tonight. May be available for saints too? That's my reading, deffo tonight and quite likely for Southampton as well (when I hope he gets a minor muscle tweak in the 93rd minute which results in him withdrawing from the Senegalese squad). All depends on "which" Everton shows up, this fucking team keeps you guessing until the last minute, sometimes 98th ?

southcavetiger
We maybe "shit" but with all the problems we have had with stubborn owners whom are not interested in football we think that to be still in touch at Xmas we are still positive that we can survive . Could do with the Big Man ( RL) upfront for us tonight as we don't score goals but we play decent football although you won't see that tonight at KCOM cos it is too foggy !! Good Luck to EFC for the rest of the season .
London Blue
I think the Koeman way is starting to have an effect on the team, the honeymoon is over, some players have had a strop, but there is no doubt who is in charge at the club. I think we saw with the win at Leicester the "just win" philosophy coming to the fore. I think we will win by a couple.

Hey, if it's foggy, we won't see you play 'decent football' and you won't see us play 'dross'.......should be a good game then.

Cornish Steve
While I can understand the squad rotation given the rush of games this time of year, I would have preferred to see Holgate and Davies play, not Jagielka and Barry. Deulofeu didn't even make the bench, which is odd. MikeO and nyblue23

Bailey
Surprised Jags is straight back in. I hope that's Barry deep and Gana and Barkley box to box. Otherwise we will.have a massive hole in midfield again.
Bailey
It's also madness that Gerry isn't on the bench at least (assuming he isn't injured). There are no other game changers on that bench.
London Blue
Tough on Mori and Davis as I though they deserved a start, especially Mori, why change a back 4 that kept a clean sheet? I wonder if Deulofeu not in the squad means he is defiantly going in Jan? MikeO
