Sportsmail understands Everton are preparing a formal offer for the England Under-19 international before this months transfer deadline. The 19-year-old central defender has just six months to run on his existing contract but talks over an extension are well underway. But discussions have now hit an impasse with no resolution in sight, though both parties are keeping an open mind regarding a possible new deal. If no agreement is found, then Adarabioyo will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season - though City will be entitled to a compensation fee.
