Deluded or not It must be the player that's holding it up, Spain have no jurisdiction over who can buy or sell a player. Can't believe people can't see this. He has had his medical, agreed terms and is now at a tournament. Might be just me but I don't see the issue. If he signs, he signs. If he doesn't, he doesn't. But when a player is on international duty they have jurisdiction over his time. If they won't let him leave camp to sign a contract or let club staff in for him to sign it, they have plenty of control.
