Whole shape is odd Agreed. Though, I’m loving Bolasie’s spirit out there. What I don’t understand is why we make attacking so hard on ourselves. If we just had movement around the ball, we would have less of a need for a player to do something miraculous or intelligent. Our tactics are plain stupid. Elston Gunnn Posted December 26, 2017 Report Share Posted December 26, 2017 Other teams feel free to press us because they know we will regularly give the ball away by awful passing, and because they know it’s DCL v. 3 defenders. Allardyce described DCL as “dead on his feet” at end of Chelsea match. Maybe he’s got some energy left, but pretty tough against 3 defenders. Martina still looks goofy to me, wrong side of ball, constantly being turned around, behind the play, needing help. Bolasie surely won’t play more than 60 minuts, if that.
