Bailey Posted July 26, 2018 Report Share Posted July 26, 2018 Well that was fucking dreadful. 2 nil down might be a bit harsh but the have taken their chances and we havent. We havent even created many chances. The main difference is that our midfield hasnt had any control. Besic has reverted to type, Siggy has been a shadow and whilst Davies also hasnt taken a hold of the game, he should have an assist, has played another great pass and had a shot which is as much as the rest of the team combined. Mirallas has probably been the pick of the front 3. Sandro has gone soft again, Niasse has barely had a kick bar the pass to pick out Davies. At the back, Kenny is the only one who can be content with his performance. The other 3 arent at the required level. I am hoping for a much better side for the 2nd half. Besic and Davies were awful. Kenny looks rusty, and Siggy and the others up front didn't touch the ball enough to even judge. Schneiderlin with one good interception before getting absolutely taken out of the game by a touch from a Blackburn player. Gana playing a cross field ball out for a goal kick Tosun forced a very good save from Coleman cross. Another good cross and tough header for the new boy.
