Blueherts
Tricky, all round average display but pickford saved the penalty.
Shukes
Zouma. He was solid at the back. So strong and has decent distribution as well.
Hafnia
Gana was immense again. So many tackles and interceptions.
Romey 1878
Pickford. If they’d have gone ahead we’d have got nothing from the game.

Pretty much this, such a game defining moment. They score we lose, they don't and it knocks the stuffing out of them and gives us an enormous boost. The atmosphere following the penalty save and cleared corner was absolutely electric. I thought Pickford did well all round to be honest, a couple of tidy saves from open play to nullify any threat. Bailey
Agree with Pickford comments but I gave it to Siggy. I thought he was immense in almost every aspect of his play. He constantly closed them down, always making himself available and on another day he could have had a goal and an assist. Plenty of laudible performances though, mainly from those at the back. Wiggytop
Pickford, kept us in the game in both half’s Keane a close second, he grew in confidence as the game went on, which I never thought I’d say.
Bill
Keane for me, was on the end of everything in defending and attacking. Mention for Pickfords penalty save, and an excellent game from Gana the Duracell man, jeez he must be so fit.
pete0
Mike Arteta's better looking brother. Lacks a bit of bite but hopefully that'll come once he's used to the league.
aaron
Gomes, everything seemed so simple for him. Shout out to Pickford and Zouma
duncanmckenzieismagic
Keane for me, him and Zouma were very solid today , but Keane edged it. Got his head on to every cross they put into our box. Can’t see Mina getting a game if they keep this up Gana, Siggy abs Pickford all had good games and I thought it was a very promising debut from Gomes
Btay
Pickford. huge moment in the game. Keane and Zouma were top class. Siggy got into it second half. Digne was a bit off today, unlike him. Gomes will grow into the team.
