But I think Bernard was a different level of fight today... haha so much that he could have sent off. Lookman does what he does. He might be quiet at times, but give him the ball and he comes alive. Gana shut a few moths up by actually being creative, but at the same time also some last ditch tackles. But Bernard is going to be special! Have moths been complaining about Gana as well, that's the last time I swat a moth never knew they were good judges of players, seems you learn something new everyday. Nearly everything creatively came through his ball rentention and trickiness. While everyone else was giving the ball away at will, he was maintaining possession while crowded by sometimes 3 defenders. Also made some incredible passes and was always our liveliest player. FairWooney Posted January 14, 2019 Report Share Posted January 14, 2019 Lookman for me though Digne, zouma and keane did an excellent job at the back. Our midfield couldn't keep the ball for toffee and spent most of the game gifting silly niggly fouls but the defence calmly stuck to their task to get us a rare clean sheet. Richarlison was looking very frustrated though i can't blame him as he had little service all game. Gomez seemed pretty tetchy too, probably because he was struggling to play his game.
