markjazzbassist
We are on a good run and honestly I’m not that impressed with arsenal under emery. I think we can beat them if we play our game. Same lineup as the west ham match. Palfy
I’m going to this one with the handbag and she’s a gooner, where going up on Friday morning do some shopping see some sites and enjoy some good restaurants, first time in Liverpool for her. I’ve gone for a draw that should keep the 4 hour drive home harmonious, if we lose she’s getting the train back Newty82, Shukes, Aidan and 1 other

Aidan
Going to have our tails in the air for this one and if we get all 3 points we will be looking to be picking up some serious momentum for the end of the season which should carry through to next season. Cornish Steve
We cannot lose this game! An Egyptian colleague in the office is a huge Gunners fan, and he and I have a small bet on this. If we win, he must buy me dinner. If they win, I must buy him dinner. Since he's over-confident, if it's a draw, he must buy me dinner. Personally, I'm anticipating a draw. In no particular order and depending on if you want a beer before or not. Take the 919 bus from St Johns Lane near Lime St station to the ground, it should drop you off just in front of the Park End on Walton Lane, Walk up to the ground soak up the view, ( I'm there every game and love the bus journey, some times use the train to Kirkdale but it's not the same ) and then take a 360 degree walk round reading the signs giving our history, best if you go anti clockwise starting at Bullens Rd / Park End stand. Finnish up in the fan zone at the Park End, if you get there an hour before kick off, they usually have an interview with an ex player, hang around there for a bit, grab a beer. Have a quick beer in the Winslow on Goodison Rd. Go to your seat about 30 mins before kick off to watch the warm up Have a beer after the win, I'll leave others to guide you on the best boozers, as I go with my son who's too young to drink yet. Have a great day, COYB!

Appreciate the heads up on getting to seats 30 mins ahead of time.

Managed to get some tickets in the Park End for me and my stepson while getting pissed at my Grandads funeral on Friday. Was 'lucky' enough to be a pall bearer and we carried his coffin in to Z-Cars, so have a feeling I might get wet eyes as Z-Cars blasts out at Goodison!!! Weather forecast is decent, really looking forward to it. Might see some of you there! markjazzbassist, Palfy, MikeO and 2 others
