Recommended Posts

Adding on the Spurs MOTM result we have a clear winner, Lucas Digne (agreeing with the wider Everton community who voted for him and the players who gave it to him albeit in a tie with Gana) so congrats to the French lad, had huge boots to fill, hit the ground running and has been brilliant! Long may it last!

Cheers to Mike for running the motm polls all season and likewise to Cornish Steve for the correct scores game.

No disputing Digne has been the standout player but I'd say Zouma has been our second best due to his consistency. Then torn between Pickford and Gomes for third.

6 - Digne

5 - Pickford

4 - Gomes

3 - Keane, Gana, Sigurdssen, Richarlison

2 - Bernard, Zouma, DCL, Davies

1 - Kenny, Coleman, Baines, Lookman

Surprised by the Keane one. Probably didn’t show any emotion there either...

That was the only surprise really, maybe Bill knows stuff we don't but I don't get "blueblood" after two years from what I know/see.

Pickford would probably had more votes had he not spent a lot of the last ten games leaning against a post smoking a fag. He won everything last year because we were so shite in front of him.

Maybe he’s thinking about him playing through the foot injuries he had? Not sure.

I think the big surprise there is Nathan Broadhead for the u23s.  Guess he was the most consistent player? Maybe I haven't seen enough games to see his influence on the squad? He did score a brace against the Liverpool u23s, haha.  Has anyone watched him closely?  Assuming we will loan him next season?

Josh Bowler (played less games) or even Anthony Evans (who had similar goals/assists to Nathan before he left halfway through on loan) might get a shout from me.  Or even the Captain Feeney?
