Two well organised banks of four, two athletic strikers getting about the defenders and players fired up to work hard. Its not going to be a performance that will be raved about in 5 years time but its simple, its hard working and the players are going about their business as if Dunc had been their manager for the last 3 or 4 seasons. Bernard has perhaps been a little quiet but everyone else is working really hard and even though Davies looked a red card waiting to happen he is a little more up with the pace of the game now and he has done well. Holgate has been a revelation in midfield! I thought he might have been the most likely but I wasn't expecting it!.
