Shukes
Bernard. Fantastic tonight. His skills are just a joy to watch. Kean was very close with a brave and non stop display. A sign of things to come I hope.

FairWooney
Shame we threw this away as for the most part it was a good performance, much more zippy from back to front. Kean showed his strength and pace, working so hard. He was a real handful for them and you could see his confidence grow after the goal too. Hopefully signs of good things to come. Gone for Bernard though, ran the game, created so many chances, was strong on the ball and just the creative spark that we've often lacked
Romey 1878
Bernard. Lived up to his song and should never have been subbed, but if necessary it should’ve been a positive player coming on for him.
Bailey
Could have been either one of Bernard or Kean. Sidibe deal well first half too. Schneiderlin solid throughout as well.
duncanmckenzieismagic
Bernard MOTM , but thought Kean , Holgate and even Schneiderlin had good games tonight Decent performance all round really until Delph and Davies combined to throw the game away in injury time EFC-Paul
StevO
Went with Bernard, but I’m still in shock.

Feel for everyone there tonight, even the "beat the rush" brigade who leave on 85/90 minutes. Sometimes they miss out on great moments (eg McFadden v Charlton 2007) but tonight getting back to the car with three points in the bag (so they thought) must've been devastating. Walcott ran his heart out and I don't think Sidibe found him once. Kept slowing our play and putting pressure on us. Positionally he was all over the shop off the ball as well, more so when Coleman come on (who was also shite today).
DownUnderToff
A little relieved that I missed this one. Hard to look at the last week as anything but 4 points dropped. Definitely glad to see that Kean broke his duck, Bernard returned to form, DCL and Holgate keep marching on.

Wiggytop
Holgate for me, once again the youngster plays with the calmest head, he made a few poor passes early on but didn’t let it get on top of him. Such a shame the more experienced players couldn’t help him see the game out to win.
Palfy
Kean for me not just because of the goal, but because of the none stop endeavour he put in, I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but if he had stayed on I’m sure we would be looking at win. We would have had at least two clear cut chances against us without him and that's why I thought he was important first half. Second half he was crap so I'd agree with you on that. Though he had an okay game and certainly wasn't dreadful. StevO and Palfy

Serves them right for leaving early. If you're not going to stay for the full game don't go the game - same applies for people who go to the bar during the match.
