I’m not a big believer in reviews but it is meant to be fucking amazing. I’m seriously considering going at midnight tonight and selling my son out and then watching it again with him and pretend I haven’t seen it. As I type that I realise I can’t do it. I love coming out of the cinema and talking about it

I’ve just got home from End Game.

Fuck. Just fuck.

Wife and Josh go to these films together and are seeing it next Wednesday in Bristol, I've seen it has some amazing reviews. Just the driver though, I have to find a way to kill 3+ hours somehow:(.

It’s immense, Mike. A brilliant way to end a 10 year story.

This movie is going to make a shit load of money. Easy.

No talking of Endgame. Nothing is allowed. I will ban anyone who gives a spoiler without regret or hesitation.

Tbf it’s out now so anyone that’s seen it should be able to talk about it. It’s down to you to avoid, not for people not to talk about it.

Maybe I'll give it a go at some point then, from the start; have all of them because wife watches the previous ones repeatedly, just not a genre that's ever really interested me but I'm willing to be persuaded.

At the moment I'm bingeing GoT from the start between new episodes to check I know exactly what's built up to it (and making sure I've missed nothing), half way through series two at the mo; just watched Melisandre giving "birth".

It’s called consideration for others mate. Not everyone can get out first day of release. Even the directors and cast have a campaign going on asking people the exact same thing!

If someone had been to see the midnight release and was talking about it and I read it before I’d been this afternoon then I’d just see it as my own fault.

Me and the boy just watched it. What an epic event! Absolutely loved it.

Better be, I'm bored shitless waiting outside the cinema waiting for the bloody thing to finish. "11.55" screening which probably started about 12.30 after the ads and previews😡.

Considered it but read in a few places that if someone watched it without seeing the previous twenty (or at least some of them) it'd be wasted on them because they wouldn't "get" it. Bit like watching GoT series eight without having seen the previous seven.

Josh and wife loved it though, although wife came out crying (as did many).

Watched Looper last night when wife had an early night, good bit of scifi!

Also Gentleman Jack on the BBC is very good, excellent lead performance; and quite funny to see "Yara Greyjoy" playing a prude.

Just finished watching Chernobyl and if you havent seen it you really need to, its really gripping and of course its true, Very  compelling.

Meant to watch that and completely slipped my mind, like you Bill I'm old enough to remember it happening but I don't think the enormity of it struck home at the time.

The Virtues. I can’t think of anything with Steven Graham in that I’ve not loved. Powerful and quite a tough and awkward watch at times, but sign of a great show for me. Shane Meadows has done a great job with this.

Do not go and watch Dark Phoenix.

Gutted.

Considering the source material, anything XMen should be brilliant every time.

It's like Fox just thought "fuck it, Marvel are taking over so we don't want to put much effort into our last movie".

I dont think many realised the enormity of it Mike,  Russians were very good at being secretive, you only heard what they wanted you to.  A Brilliant Programme.

Definitely watch when I get home, WiFi too slow here for Sgygo, though strangely BBC iPlayer is fine.

Think the phoenix story is a bit meh. The first two x men were great, and so was the first two on the old trilogy but the third was one of the worse blockbuster films everp. Even the cartoon isn'tt great when it comes to that storyline. On the next reboot they'd be better off missing it out.

Been watching a bit of Prime lately. Cloak and Dagger season one is okay but season two is awful. I've just binged Good Omens and that was excellent, David Tennant and Michael Sheen alone are worth the watch.

Glad to hear Good Omens has been well done. One of my all time favourite books by 2 of my favourite authors
