Heather_6
ah well marcus has gone, hu needs him he is crap anyway but he did wear a blue shirt so we'll give him that! ah well gd luk to him. One striker out another must be coming in. I heard it could be: 1. Andy Johnson 2. Robert Earnshaw 3. Nicolas Anelka 4. David Nugent 5. Lee Trundle I heard rumours that its gonna be one of these

Too fat and definitly not up to Premiership quality. His show-boating is class but he wouldn't get away with it in the PL. Gimme Jimmy Flloyd Hasslebank please. Bill
Jimy Floyd is a bit like Marcus, goes into deep sulks if things are not going his way, also a bit past his best for my liking. Fed up having to bring in these failing has-beens, for fook sake lets go for a quality striker , WE all know its what we are short of, surely the Club can see that. Licker. Rob W
from that list id take Johnson or nugent. buy young i say. what we really need to do is buy someone quality rather than just a stop gap. i dont think hasslebaink is the answer, too old. with a decent quick striker up there with BT we could have a half decent team! Adam
I agree toffeelicker. In my opinion we have 2 choices. 1) Spend £5-10m on a decent striker that we KNOW can do the business. (Which we don't have the funds for) 2) take a risk on a champ striker for a lot less. Edited January 17, 2006 by Adam
