evertoniangal
Hi every1, being from australia, I'm kind of new to the whole carling cup competition so I was wondering if any1 could tell me what exactly everon needs to do to qualify for the finals? Cheers, Kirstie
MikeO
Being 2-1 down from the first game at Stamford Bridge we need in the home leg to either... Win by more than one goal in 90mins. Win 1-0 in 120mins (including extra time). Win a penalty shoot-out if it finishes 2-1 to us after extra time. If we draw or lose in 90mins we're obviously out, and also if we lose by one goal with the score anything higher than 2-1 (3-2, 4-3 etc) in 120mins then we're out. Hope that's clear Kirsty . Best if we just win 4-0 I think....keep it simple .
