Dm Is Having A Joke Surely

Recommended Posts

Just seen on the Everton webpage that DM is on about his limited options for the game against Chelsea.

He has to pick 14 players from a list of 14 players fit to play.

This is a joke.

He goes on about this being that smalled squad in his time to pick from at the moment.

Well go and do something about it for F'ck sake.

You have said the board will back you in the market sometimes you have to bring in players that are only as good as the players you have at the squad.

ITS CALLED MAKING UP THE NUMBERS.

Complete joke

Yeah - he needs to stop making excuses and sign a few players or start bringing in some of the U17's and playing them. Anichebe is supposedly being groomed for the 1st team strikers role next to beattie - but fook nows when we will see him.

Christian Seargent is supposed to be superb in CM but again, fook nows when we will, if we ever, see him

Boyle is supposed to be a very good LB - but will we ever see him....

etc.

etc.

etc.

etc.

etc.

Keane

Samaros

Agger

Emre

Parker

Forsell

Nugent

Trundle

the list goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on - you lot get the jist..

we are not going to see anymore players this season i'm afraid - so DM should shut up and put up if he aint prepared to do anything about it...

At this moment, while i've said in another post signing someone is desperate,we're in a desperate postion,

A couple more injuries, suspensions then we're in the shitter big time,i get the feeling the plan at the start of the season was for young Vaughn was "going to do a rooney"come in score a few and thats why we didnt go for another striker,no of course his injury blew that "plan" out of the window big time.

But it sums up DM and evertons transfer policy flawed at best.

We need to fill the gaps - they dont have to be superstars - just reliable players that can do a decent job when things go a bit wrong (like they are now). Stubbs is a prime example - although he is cup tied (nice one!).

A few more would be great - Frannie Jeffers anyone?! Just kiddin!

You have said the board will back you in the market sometimes you have to bring in players that are only as good as the players you have at the squad.

NO YOU DONT! thats not a good enough solution to the problem. you end up wasting a lotta money that we dont have. and you finish up with the same problem again at a future date, but with no cash to fix it because its all been spent on also rans.

Everton are a big club, but were not a big money club... yet.

we have had injury problems all season. its just the way it goes. we could have done without cahill getting carded last week. he's been looking good in his last few games.

what about hibbert? he got a yellow card too, is he out as well?

he would be a real loss. he's been rock solid in defence. not a lot gets past him.

it would be nice to have carsley back as well.

moysey has got to make the most of who is available and being the kind of guy he is you can be sure he will.

despite the difficulties at the start of the season we are starting to move in the right direction.

i would love to see a full strength side out against chelsea because they were lucky to get a point of us last time they came to Goodison.

Not sure whats going on over at Goodison but its all gone very quiet, with the transfer window closing on Tuesday I can't see us making any additions to our threadbare squad. I could cry !!! but im still positive - COME ON YOU BLUES.

It seems that DM has adopted a "bore em to death" way of playing..it may get results, but hardly exciting is it?

.

You don't have to spend money to bring players in to cover.

Can bring in a loan signing (Ferrari, Arteta) to cover us up fron t until the end of the season.

We will end up wasting more money if we end up getting drawn into the relegation cos we have no fit strikers.

Beattie is out for the game today which leaves McFadden and Ferg.

Ferg is playing today which means he won't be fit for the next game.

not very likely in the january window. no club wants to lose players in the mid-season.

thats why the january window doesnt offer much talent.
