  1. It’s no more or less safe than any other online platform. If you want extra security use a credit card.
  2. The Everton Direct site is just fanatics anyway. Me and my mate both ordered the third shirt a couple of weeks back in the sale. He got his a day before me, and he’s in Romania. So you might have a good chance over there. I also ordered the away kit for my daughter, that’s still not turned up (almost three weeks now).
  3. Oh fuck!! We know he always makes this shit up. Now I’m more concerned than ever. £100m each it is.
  4. Great to see him getting more of these things done. He’s clearly off the leash now he doesn’t have anyone keeping him away from social media. He’s the face of the revolution!
  5. Coleman will take his place soon enough.
  6. All I want to see, the only thing, is everyone staying behind for an hour every day doing finishing. Please!!!
  7. We run this place together. Wouldn’t want to upset Matt (like he does to us).
  8. I have a massive problem with the stadium thread name. I have an even bigger problem with Matt for not letting us change it.
  9. Might find this in the official content thread in the new stadium section too. Great to see them using a local company.
  10. By one account, not by all accounts. Most reports are that they refused to give evidence. One not very well respected website says DBB offered. Add to that it’s very public who the law firm was that represented the club, so I think it’s pretty safe to say Moshiri didn’t represent the club. He may have given evidence though.
  11. It says Keith Wyness. Not Dominic Ingles. Why would Wyness give evidence when he left the club about 15 years ago? Reports last week suggested the previous board members were asked to give evidence but refused last week. We also know the club were represented by a legal firm with lots of sports experience, I think we can find details further back in this thread. I’m not sure I believe Football Insider on this one.
  12. For me this will hopefully be a key part of the appeal. Id also be trying to have the claims other club make deferred until our appeal has completed. The whole “broke the rules take the punishment” thing I agree with. But a punishment needs to be laid out with the rules, so this stuff stinks. I don’t see how the decision has been appealed against but the same people can then go and make a decision on compensation based on an ongoing issue.
  13. I don’t want to bring up old issues with people who are no longer part of the club, for whatever reason that may be, but since those people aren’t around anymore it seems like the communication has improved massively. Could those who distrusted the fans have been keeping people quiet out of the fear they had? Kevin becoming a lot more public is a step in the right direction. Long may it continue. He can be the face of the resurrection of the club. edit. Great words from him too. All it was missing was a sign off of Up The Fucking Toffees!
  14. Roberto is top left. Koeman is top right.
  15. As with every other time we have been first to be charged with something, the rules will change before it gets to any other clubs. We already know the independent regulator to be set up by government doesn’t believe in sporting punishments (points deductions) so we’ll take the hit. Maybe we’ll get it reduced to six points on appeal. Then the independent regulator comes in and settled with City and Chelsea on a world record fine (that will be a drop in the ocean for them). Goodison needs to be horrible now. My mate suggested it would be nice to see the players just run out of the tunnel and on to the pitch, refusing the stand for the premier league music and then go and shake hands with the other team on the pitch (no need to disrespect the opposition, just the competition).
  16. How can a “court of chancery” be taken seriously?
  17. I enjoy talking about shoes. I have too many trainers (so my wife says) (and my mum) (and my sister) (and my dad).
  18. He’s got to learn when and where he can stick a leg out for those tackles. Players like Eze willl go down and that could have been two penalties, the one they got was cheap, but he doesn’t need to do that. He will learn though, he’s doing brilliantly so far this season.
