Wouldn't want him for a second - he is a luxury that a team like Everton cannot afford.. Moyes has built a team that works for each other. Can you see Riquelme working back and making tackles?? I cannot.. His wages would be massive, he wouldn't fit into the team, and he would be sitting on the bench for the majority of the time... Fine in Spain or Italy - not built for the Prem IMO...

Good signing imo - better than Neville and Carsley in centre mid... He's not the exciting signing everyone is waiting for but he's not too bad either!

Even without Taylor it's a quality side Howard Baines Yobo Lescott Neville Arteta Cahill Appiah Jags Yak AJ Let's not forget that Neville has played plenty games for Utd and England at right back - he's no mug and he's the club captain! Jags played plenty at right mid for Sheff U and is better there imo..

I don't know what Moyes is up to - either you are interested in a player and you pull out all the stops and get him, or you shut the fook up and look at other options. I firmly believe that Joey Barton is the kind of player we need but with Moyes pissing about we won't get him and we'll end up missing out on Europe for another year while the likes of Bolton and Pompey fight it out with the big boys where we should rightfully be.. So frustrating!!

Saw him play in the amsterdam tournament in august.. Good touch and nice hold up play.. Looked a little too similar to BT for my liking though.. Reckon we need somone smaller with more pace - Earnshaw is the only one around that I could see doing a job for us

Kevin Doyle definitely a prospect - I agree with Cork Toffee I also saw him out at the Cross a lot last year and he would be worth a look.. Reckon Reading will definitely want to hold on to him though
