  1. I have to agree that Moyes has done an overall good job but i honestly think that with BK on the throne we are never going to have the Financial clout of the other big clubs. You can tell us Bill that we are the 18th richest club in the world but until the money for new 1st class players materialises we cannot believe you. This is our football club not your latest theatre production...... I believe that we have a core of excellent players but need some new investment players and a new ground and this will not happen with "Luvvie" Bill in charge.
  2. There is a very serious chance of Football as we know it turning into a totally Politically correct game and losing all the passion and excitement that draws us to it in our millions every weekend. I remember games were the players were extravagant to say the least in their celebrations and the fans (myself included loved it). "Incitement" it just pisses me off to see all the passion removed :ie shirt over the head, Players celebrating with the crowd or lettin the opposition know how much it meant means a card what is this game coming to????? Fans should be proud of their Club and sing and shout about it (we let them impose there all seater rules how much more are we willing to take. (Smokin , Drinkin banned at all clubs its on its way) Will they ban singing next in case it OFFENDS the away fans or take away our colours in case its seen as incitement This does not excuse attackin an ambulance doesnt matter whos in it Get into Them !!!!!!!
  3. "I have not been short of invitations to other clubs and have been received more warmly by Everton than I have by liverpool." Bill Shankly after his retirement. Sums up the RS dont you think!!!!!!
  4. I am a BT convert who now believes that he can go on to do great things in his time with us.. But in reply to "Can Beattie be the new Big Dunc" i truly believe that Duncan is a one off a real "9" a man who would spit blood for the club, one who wears his heart on his sleeve. And whilst the Radio city commentary team ask the question "Why is Dunc a hero to countless blues" this shows they do not truly understand. So after going all around the houses i think the answer to your question is NO. But as i said at the beginning i do believe that he will become a favourite and win over his doubters.....
  5. Goodison is a grand old lady that needs to be retired (Lets hope that she doesnt end up in one of those shitty council run homes).. I honestly believe that the only way forward is a new develoment with scope for expansion and increased profits ie: shops ,merchandise outlets ,cafes etc. This can only be achieved at a new site.. Peel holdings or some other major developer as owner with EFC leasing back. The only drawback is that Goodison will be worth F**k all to developers.
  6. Have to say that DM strikes me as a Honest, Hardworking manager who is not afraid to say it like it is. A lot of the older more experienced managers have bought some real crappy players over the last year. who won Manager of the Month this month ??? I believe that the rot that is festering within Goodisons walls is quite a bit higher up the ladder!! (BK you know i mean you) I believe the Bent deal was worth doing even if it did leave us a bit thin on the ground. And i hold my hands up as someone who slated the purchase of Beattie and admit i got it wrong Give Moyes a chance lads he will come good..........................
  7. Moyes is the man to lead us from the Wilderness.................
  8. Hope that the transfer speculation regarding Viduka is untrue.. He is good when he feels like it but is a fat lazy so and so most of the time. (Why oh why did we not snap up Dean Ashton )
