Just been on the squad profiles on the Official Site and seen that we only have 6 defenders!!: Coleman, Jags, Baines, Hibbert, Lescott and Yobo. Baring in mind that Jags in injured until November and Coleman... well who knows anything about him, that leaves us with only 4 defenders and IMO, I wouldnt totally rely on Yobo and Hibbert. Also with the speculation of Lescott going to City and the fact that any gossip I have read about us, we don't seem to be being linked to defenders, the only I've heard is M'Bia and some Russian guy. Worried anyone? <_<

Good player when given the chance and remember Moyes always seems to get the best out of players, this could be his chance. Also, hes on a free isn't he? Sign him up because if he isn't actually worthy of a place in the first team, he can be a squad player. Everybody wins

Its a done deal then. This means we MUST have a replacement RB because I know that Moyes loves Hibbert for some reason but he must see the problem in that position. He has said we need squad players, surely someone must be coming in? Naughton? M'Bia? Hopefully pretty soon. Sad to see him go but good luck to Jacobsen anyway.

I believe we need squad players fault me if I am wrong but, I would like to see a few cheap ones coming in: Kevin Davies Kevin Doyle Stephen Hunt Darren Fletcher (probably would'nt settle to be just a 'squad player') Morten Gamst Pedersen (same as Fletch) James McFadden + a few decent ones - M'Bia, Moutinho, Naughton I know we are not made of money and probably won't do anything like this but.. Finally, I know it would never happen but I would love to see Aaron Lennon at the club and Theo Walcott (speedy wings they would make, try peanuts and mikel in the middle )

Gutted. Dont think we deserved to win tbh, then again, neither did they. The best part of the game was when Hibbo was subbed by Jacobsen. I am proud of how far the lads got. Oh well, take that and learn from the mistakes, we need to close down shots from outside the box!! And get someone in who CAN shoot from outside the box!! COYB!! I wish we would just sign Owen then all this boring gossip about him would be over. I must say though that I agree with MadMatt on the fact that "Moyes has a fantastic record of getting the best out of players who have struggled at there previous clubs"
