Totally unsurprising, but most of the paper articles focussing on Klopp and his patronising post match comments, if we get a mention it's as a side show along the lines of plucky little Everton.

Hardly any media gave us credit and this claim of tiredness is a joke haven’t City and Arsenal played similar amount of games.
Liverpool have possibly the biggest squad in the premier league.

Saying Tarks has only played 41 games and Nunez 50 plus games but Tarks has probably played more minutes Nunez has had a lot of bit parts to play

I believe there will be plenty of interest once we secure premier league status. We have a wonderful stadium being built, but it also comes with a lot of debt. That’s ok in the premier league, but not if we are in the Championship.

If we do get relegated, then it’s pretty much nailed on we go in to administration. We have huge debt, an unfinished stadium and no money to invest in the squad. At that point there is a very real prospect of a double relegation to league one.

Doom and gloom hand me the rope.

He will continue to make saves that others can't and mistakes others don't.

for me - the biggest sell high buy low opportunity is goalkeeper.   "If we had good scouting".

Realistically he is a top 4 goalkeeper cos he's a big game player. If man united came in for him then he's £70m - vicario was signed by spurs for £17m.

there are keepers out there - it's whether or not we have the network.

the only assets we have to make real money to strengthen is:- Onana, Branthwaite, Pickford.  Branthwaite needs to be held on to the point that we can't refuse the money which will be £100m.

onana and Pickford could fund a reasonable rebuild of 4/5 players.

Branthwaite is not going for 100m look at half the price plus add ons

Take the 3 points. We are miles away from where we should be as a team but let's get over the line.

currently watching Liverpool. 1-1 if they draw or lose then surely they will be done and rest players vs us.

Rest players against us they have 2 teams compared to us

No I didn’t to be honest, but I’ve seen enough of McNeil to know he needs dropping.

But at least he’s fit I know what you mean about going back all the time it’s annoying the whole team plays the same way they are scared of losing the ball.
I can’t believe Harrison is so bad for us is it the way the manager wants to play.
    he was excellent for Leeds

Danjuma does play on the left wing, he’s shown he’s more of threat than McNeil he actually wants to take people on.
McNeil is constantly drifting into the midfield, he doesn’t attack players anymore, he constantly plays backwards or sideways at best, and leaves Mycho trying to cover 2 men.
We need to change the story as dopey bollocks keeps saying so let’s play player’s who want to try and make difference and actually take the game to the opposition.

Did you watch Danjuma for the 21s he didn’t look anywhere near ready or he just didn’t do anything

I think we will lose.  I said after the Burnley game we had reached an all time low

we are relying on Luton getting beat today.

ive said all along we are reliant on Luton waving the white flag which they just don't do. Lokonga is back which automatically improves them by 40%.

    good times

I like Lokonga a decent sports director would have had him and Barkley in our midfield this season maybe next year then

absolutely disgusting, FA cup replays have actually stopped clubs going under - the only thing that was almost pure about the game even though man united did it untold harm when they missed it.  I hate football now I really do.

I think it’s the people running the game that you might hate not football itself the premier league would willingly destroy the FA cup so their blue eyes don’t have as many games and the FA is a disgrace accepting money to change their own competition.

"Lardy dardy dah nothing to see here, probably didn't happen" .......

manager slaps a player in front of others "man up!",  "You need to work with real men, that's how it is".

nah.... the position of a manager is one of the most difficult to maintain cos you are never off duty when the people under you are in your presence, you are being watched and judged all the time.

you wanna demand timeliness, being called "gaffer", maximum effort, respect, the adherence to your instructions - you better make sure you are impeccable.

you do not put your hands on a player. A popular lad at that. It's not done.

in my criticism of dyche i had to actually justify why I wasn't a snowflake to people who are usually very woke.  Ive always been a man's man in what is old money - I teach my kids "someone hits you - you do the same back and I'll deal with the fallout"

Dyche should have been disciplined because as far as I'm concerned Patterson was well in his rights to stand up and give him a slap back.  Obviously 6ft2 alpha male Dyche would have no doubt given him a good hiding and tried to clear the air "at the bar with a beer to forget about it"

the top and bottom is that he had to apologise in front of the team after being told he's out of order by Tarkowski.   The balance of power was taken away there and then.

We are in a right mess now even worse than last season we need the team to turn it around big time.
I’m not sure we can do it.

  10. Ian Croll of the echo pointing the finger at the Portugal incident the slap he called it he thinks Dyche has lost the dressing room.

I said at the time this was a serious incident but some on here seemed to think it was banter or it was a simple tap on the head or it didn't happen because no 1 came forward well I'll say again it was serious and regardless of results Dyche has got to go if not now definitely in the summer.

Watching the Beto chance again, it is bad guys. It’s not as hard to score as you think. He’s not even really stretching.

Branthwaite was terrible for their first goal.

Garner was worse for their second goal.

Pickford somehow manages to beat them all for the third.

Fourth is Branthwaite and Tarks being equally terrible.

Not sure where we go from here.

    Championship ?
