  1. Unfortunately you will always have your fair share of morons doing the wrong thing mate. But the respect from what I have seen has been a two way street which has been great.
  2. I made this video as an overseas (Australian) Everton fan looking in from afar and seeing two teams put aside their on field rivalries and show wonderful compassion to each other off the field. From a long way away i thought it was brilliant and I wanted to show, in a video, how brilliant it looked to those who had done their club and city proud. I put it on FB and it got a big reaction getting around 200,000 views but i spelled 'Merseyside' incorrectly, which was a bit embarrassing! So you may have seen this on FB already but if you havent, a lot of people gave plenty of positive comments about it, and if you have, you are free to watch again and Merseyside is now spelled correctly Cheers, Dan
  3. Thanks everyone! Enjoyed reading all your replies. Yes I agree Gwlad, its a great city! Plenty of English here! Been to Hennessey rd many times JohnH,but didnt know it was named after an Everton fan! Nice one!! Thanks Btay, I will try and score a goal for Everton before the Hibbert jokes start
  4. Haha Mike! That was last season, hopefully we left that there! But i did think the same thing i must admit
  5. 49... the good looking bald bloke! Just edited the vid to put in my touches plus the goals.
  6. Hi all, I became a toffee when I came to Liverpool to see my friends in 2004. Some where Liverpool fans, some Everton (and one Tranmere) but the Everton blokes were nicer blokes so they took me to Everton vs Middlesbrough in September 2004. Everton won 1-0. I have been an Evertonian since that day. Five years ago I moved from my home country Australia to Hong Kong. I recently found out about the Everton supporters team and have recently joined. It was a great honour to play my first competitive match playing wearing the famous Everton shirt. Unfortunately we lost 2-1 to Spurs but loved the experience of wearing the badge. The team was very respectful wearing black arm bands and holding a minutes silent for the young lady and fan who recently passed on. I made a short video highlights of my touches (including my two bad ones!) in this video. We are hoping for a good season ahead! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oo5TfwqVOT4 Cheers, Dan
  7. One goal in his last 13 premier league matches. Everton have scored a total of one goal (penalty vs Aston Villa) whilst he has come on or started in the last 8 premier league matches (Naismith has played). Good bloke apparently but OUT OF HIS DEPTH!
  8. The stats are... Naismith starts: Everton about 6 out of 26 Naismith doesnt start: Everton about 5 out of 9. Let you work out the percentages...
  9. Lakaku 4 Naismith 2... How Naismith would get one is the problem. And as for the comment about 'how does a lack of football intelligence equate to where Everton are on the table...' its about knowing what you are looking for. If we as a supporter group are satisfied with hard runners who try hard, then we will struggle and wonder why?? So many theories as to why this year has been poor. Europe, chopping and changing, Howard, the defence early, etc etc. If you simply cant see that Naismith is not up to this standard of football, either follow something else or change your name to Roberto. Cause that clueless twat also cant see it.
  10. If Naismith wants to go back to Scotland (or anywhere for that matter), please call me, I will personally pack his bags for him. Worst player since that unpronouncable Russian player to play for Everton. Simply out of his depth.
  11. More typical no idea Everton fans. Naismith was on the bench 6 straight games, Everton won 5 out of 6. Comes on, throws the balance completely out of the team but, well, he ran around with no idea what he was doing, give him the man of the match. Need to change this backwards thinking mentality. Wonder why we are 11th with fans with no idea like this.
  12. McCarthy and Mirallas are fine for this level. Still your inability to see naismith is not shows you are best for other sports. How about fencing, or water polo??
  13. so besides the draws there were 2 losses and 1 win. Great work. He is a hard working, honest player. We are 12th. These types of hard working honest players will see us stay there. If you cant see he isnt up to this level maybe another sport is more for you, like netball.
  14. He scored some goals early in the season, mainly is losing performances, and you all got excited. Preferring to look past the fact he cant take on defenders, he gives the ball away too often and lacks the ability to play at this level. The senior players were there before him. Everton's decline came with his addition. He throws the balance out of the team. He is good in the air and thats it. He gives the ball away first time so he doesnt embarrass himself holding on to it. He is not for this level. Martinez cant see it cause he is average.
  15. Please inform me on how this player, who throws the balance of the team out, is so good. When you are finished, explain to me why since he came into the starting 11 on a regular basis, Everton have dipped in performance. Then explain what he does well besides try his heart out. You myth.
