  1. Gray never played a pass to Myko, it must have been incredibly demoralising bombing down the line and never to have a ball played to you. I think he’s happier to do it knowing he will get the ball when the pass is on.
  2. Myko, scored and an assist for Doucs, oh and his defending is ok also
  3. One out of three maybe , but not all three, we’re due another two similar smash and grabs in my book.
  4. It was me, thanks for doing it. Ive gone for Myko, probably the most improved player this season, very Lyle seems to be getting past him. Branthwaite and DCL close runners up for me.
  5. I haven’t, but I must admit that at the end of my first season as an ST holder I was having second thoughts on renewing again after the upcoming season as I really hadn’t enjoyed watching every game. My mood changed once gravy chops left, and I’ve never had second thoughts since, I’ve been mighty pissed off many times but always know I’ll be back next game. At the moment knowing we are having to rebuild and avoid repeating the last two season I can handle low possession and do enjoy the counter attack style, a couple of stylish possession goals would be nice, if only to show we are capable.
  6. I think your right, he’s lost that burst of pace he had, which was his key asset, his passing was never very good imo, always looking sideways or backwards. It would be great if he could improve that side of his game. Like you I had Covid again a few weeks back, still have a slight cough and my body temperature control is all over the place, that’s 2 positives and 4 jabs, I’d hate to think how I would be without the jabs.
  7. Can someone do this please, I don’t know how to
  8. Onana reported as having tight calf. Gana needs to step up today
  9. After seeing his attempt to score in an open goal last week, I reckon even at 63 I’m an upgrade on Maupay.
  10. Hi assist for Youngs goal on Wednesday was brilliant, I thought he had run himself in to a dead end, no he created a the goal that sealed the win. You could see how much it meant to him. We still, need to see improvement in his game from him which should come with increased game time.
  11. I was quite moved, I think he would have been very touched by the crowds warmth, BTW wahat with the red heart?
  12. Partly yes, but all cup games the entry is slower as there are more non regulars as a few can’t or don’t go, and many who do will have young kids in tow which does slow down the whole process. I’m not excusing last night, a local BBC presenter who is a ST holder said on his show today that he was shouted at by stewards to go to the ticker desk, totally uncalled way of treating customers. A few years back we had delays getting in to the FA cup game against Lincoln, and once bitted etc we always get there earlier than normal to avoid another problem.
  13. I registered for the auto cup scheme, but got an email when the Burnley game tickets were opened up saying they had problems and I had to apply for my seat which I did and got pdf tickets.. Bizzarley the ticket we’ve been given by a friend who’s not well enough to attend worked without any issues, we arrived early in case there was a problem.
  14. The auto cup scheme didn’t get set up for everyone, I had to get a manual ticket sent by email
  15. String team except Young, I though Patterson deserved his place which would only help his confidence.
  16. Great to watch them all together, I counted 19 headers, we need to get the ball to him from the wings one now he’s back.
  17. Branthwaite, he continues to impress, DCL, Myko, Tarks for his continued guidance of Branthwaite and Pickford worthy of a mention.
  18. Disposable income is very pertinent, the majority of our current season ticket holders are local, without wanting to assume too much, the figures below taken from a google search suggest that many may well have less disposable income given where they live, if prices do increase too much we may well loose some of our core home support. In December 2020, it was revealed that 5,832 of Liverpool's 27,000 season ticket holders had Liverpool postcodes. This compares to 25,647 of Everton's 30,500season ticket holders who had Liverpool postcodes. Everton are the most popular with match going fans in the City of Liverpool.
  19. Are you sure, I think he would love playing in front of less than 700 people in the stinking heat
  20. He seems to start games a bit shaky and then improves during the game, who knows, maybe a run of games would stop that, which I think he deserves, he’s more reliable than Young atm.
  21. Not an easy game to watch, but it’s 3 vital points at this stage, I would have left Dom on, he’s such an immense outlet for us, although Chermiti did better than I expected. As ever we should have had 1 or 2 more goals. I’ll take wins when players are having an off day every time.
