  1. Most football podcasters/YouTubers are absolute bellends, so if Dyche has rattled a fair few of them then it gets a massive thumbs up from me. The vast majority are self entitled, misinformed wet wipes.
  2. The only OK performance in a team of good. I'm worried whenever he gets the ball to be honest.
  3. Bournemouth were abysmal, but we took advantage which was good to see. Jack Harrison was brilliant.
  4. He's saved himself a few weeks there, but they're in massive, massive trouble. I thought that he would get time considering what he's spent and how many managers they've been through, but he could be gone by Christmas at this rate. Think they'll get absolutely battered by City in a week or two.
  5. 777 are coming, so I'll not rabbit on about the negatives that I think they will bring. It's a clean slate, I'll reluctantly give them time. What I will say is that 1) They have spoken with the fans, which is a lot more than the current clampet has done recently and 2) They acknowledge the current mess that the club is in, no "I would like to place on record thanks to the wonderful owner" or "What a monumental figure Bill Kenwright" has been. It could well be PR rubbish, but on face value fair does to 777. As I said to my old man, they can't be any worse than Moshiri & Kenwright, surely?
  6. Inverness win 3-2 in Duncan Ferguson's first game - brilliant news Come at me Mark.
  7. Dyche was the right appointment to get us out of a relegation battle, a little bit like Allardyce. He's only ever built squads to finish 17th (other than that freak season where Burnley got into Europe). If we pull the trigger now it should be an upcoming manager to replace, hiring relegation manager whilst helpful at the back end of the season when shit is hitting the fan are not the pioneers that I'd like to see in the long run. It's probably why I hung onto Lampard for so long, I thought with time he would come good - nowhere near the same bracket but a little bit how Arteta was horrendous at the start with Arsenal then got them flying.
  8. Beto & DCL up front together should have been a formality today, Dyche needs to bring them on second half to save face. Got United fans sending me WhatsApp's laughing their heads off, we're that bad!
  9. 4-5-1 is a sackable offence on its own against Luton. Cowardly and not needed, the only team in the league you should be absolutely attacking with all guns blazing. I'm not on Dyche's back because I can't be arsed sacking another manager, but he's a bit shit I must admit.
  10. Knew we'd shit the bed in this fixture. Gutted at first to be missing it but now I'm not so sure, what a fucking embarrassment. This lot won't get 10 points all season but they'll take six off us.
  11. 777 with a 100% win record. Moshiri could never.
  12. Have you been watching David Attenborough again?
  13. Richie loves us doesn't he, plays like utter shite (even throwing a wobbly for Brazil to not make it suspicious) so that he can get a goal and assist against a relegation rival to help us out. One of us
  14. I know hate is a strong word but I hate him. At some point he has to look in the mirror and admit that he's absolutely miles off being good enough.
  15. Absolutely nothing to be happy about, some soft twats were ringing up TalkSport earlier thanking Moshiri for all that he's done for us. Hope he never sets foot in the North West again but considering he's not been to Goodison in about three decades shouldn't be too difficult. Feels like Groundhog Day when talking about these owners, but in a nutshell it's just one parasite selling to another. Of course the biggest problem of them all will somehow still cling on to his grip on the club, no doubt in my mind that he'll have his fingers in all of the 777 pies.
  16. I love Andre Gomes, best hair to ever grace Goodison Park. Goodbye my Prince.
  17. The fit and proper test has been a farce ever since it was introduced, as is the notion that the Premier League can govern themselves. If 777 want to acquire Everton and both parties agree, that is what will happen. The Saudi takeover of Newcastle was the biggest red flag that the F&P test could have challenged yet they didn't. It's purely a token to fool those not invested in football that there is some form of screening process protecting clubs from these jokers.
  18. It's basically how many chances are created and how "good" they are. xG is a load of shite though IMO, so I take little to no notice of it as a statistic.
  19. Maturing as an Evertonian is realising that Kenwright is the problem and has been since day one. Infuriates me how when I was in my teenage years I used to defend the clown.
  20. Nope, I was born in 1993 so my first memory of an England manager was Sven. Since then we've had McLaren, Capello, Allardyce and Hodgson so you can probably see why my opinion is a little skewed.
  21. Southgate has given me the best memories in my life as an England fan, so it'll take a lot for me to turn on him. He isn't helping himself with his obsession with Maguire though and should he see it through to the next tournament will quite rightly need to take the blame when fingers point his way.
