Such a damn shame that we're dealing with multiple negative factors; if it was "only" one thing then it would be a lot brighter over (for now) Goodison Park.
The club is in a very poor state, especially thanks to Moshiri and certain earlier board members. All this means the club has been poorly run and unfortunately we see have seen the effect of this in the last years.
At this moment we have absolutely no idea where we stand. Priority should be staying in the top flight and then what? If you think 777 Casino Partners is the solution then you can buy Stonehenge from me. I think it's imperative to get a somewhat solid owner instead ... if there are any.
We used to be one of the best clubs, damn it. Settling for maybe's and ok's should really not be accepted by any of us. This whole charade has got to end somehow, but sadly some things are not in the hands of the club, but we certainly know who brought us there, don't we.
Should I listen to "If I could turn back time" or "Things can only get better" I'd shed tears, man. Blue tears.

If we hadn't had 8 points deducted this season, and we where already pretty much safe (since pretty much Xmas) around mid-table (rather than in a relagation battle), you can't help but wonder if the 777 Partners would have found it significantly easier in raising the funds for purchase of Everton FC had we already had one foot in next years PL.
Ground broken and comittment to the build made and then the overnight enforced loss of the actual Russian billionarie who we all know was behind the ownership of the club and the real money behind everything, three years of relegation battles, 18months of talk of PSR, whole season of being charged and docking of points, 30-40% raise in the cost of construction works - as well as poor management there are some massive slices of very bad luck in the timing of what is arguble the single biggest investment the club has ever made - all now currently now being done on a rudderless ship.
I am going to hazard a guess that the stadium will possibley come in around £150 to 200M over the original budget forcast.

That's kinda my point...we've not been happy with hardly any!
Ancelotti, in my opinion, got away with his name. But so often we were dull as fuck to watch. However, I think if he'd stayed, with the funds we had then, different story a season later.
I think we sacked Silva too early. I liked him. But, again, we shit the bed and fans were calling for his head as soon as results didn't go our way.
    Same happened with Koeman.
Allardyce and Benitez shouldn't have been near the club.
Dyche, while far from perfect, deserves more credit than what he's sometimes being given.

Exactly this, let’s now channel our anger into coming together and galvanising our strengths to beat the drop and stick to fingers up to the PL, as the saying goes don’t get angry get even, let the higher hierarchy of the club fight an appeal, let the team and fans fight to win every point available to us before the end of the season.

I don’t think tonight’s the game to do it, away at Newcastle even with their injuries is too much of a risk, whereas Saturday at home against Burnley absolutely  needs to be done.

We had to sell him and cannon, no choice, he is only scoring in the championship about his level.(maybe next season)
He is no better than what we have, just an easy comparison to make because of the shit situation we are in.

Did i miss something last night, donkey McGuire goes home sick, swollen fetlock, Stones goes off after 10 mins, so Dunk and Gomez play at CB, and the best young English CB does not get a single minute, in either friendly .
I do hope utd or the red shite appoint Southgate as there next manager, what a twat.

The three learned people in the Forest Commisson couldn't figure out why Everton actually got 6 points. Paragraph 14.15 is extracted below.

14.15 In the case at hand, the Commission considered whether there were any additional factors that should be taken into account - the “unique” position and/or the reasons for the excess. The conclusion was that these did not (nor were they mitigating factors, see above) and the only factor driving Forest up the scale will be the size of the breach. It was bigger than Everton’s, but both were in the “significant” breach band. However, there was no additional consideration around incorrect information being provided to the Premier League, as Everton had. The Commission does not know how the three extra points were arrived at by the Appeal Board for Everton, but some part of those three points must relate to the provision of incorrect information. Forest’s breach (not its losses, the Commission is concerned with the breach of the PSR Threshold) was larger than Everton’s and as a result, that alone slides it up the scale by three further points to a starting point of six points"
What is very frustration is that 'incorrect infomation' (or being 'less than frank' as was the term used in Evertons hearings) refers to our original hearing only - for which we where given 10 points (not 6 points).
However, in our appeal the hearing found that Everton's original hearing was wrong to say Everton had been 'less than frank' and our claim on this was upheld in the appeal. So we got some of the 10 points back, helping to bring our punishment down to 6 point from the original 10. Not up from 3 to 6.
Another frustration is that a £19.5m and £34.5m are somehow classed in the very same bracket of ' a significant' breach. Convinient!
I went on a few Forest fan forums yesterday, although they are pissed off at having point taken off them, pretty much all of they saying they through it would be more points taken off them, and the club should just take the 4 and do without the shadow of an appeal hanging over the fans, club and players for the rest og their games, maybe to possibley get 1 point back.  A fucking luxury Everton have not had for four months as we had massive 10 points deduction around our neck for the best part of this season, so had no choice but to go through the internal stress of an appeal (and turns out justifibly so).
Forest have dodged a bullet in my eyes and Everton have had the shitty end of the stick.

Something else that absolutely boils my piss about this is that the ruling clearly states that Forest knew they were in trouble in terms of FFP and then still went and spunked a shit load of money bringing in even more players.
So to then get points knocked off the deduction for cooperation and being up front (things that we were told in our appeal couldn't be used to reduce the points deduction) is fucking ludicrous.
Basically, they knowingly caused this clusterfuck for the club but them telling the panel they knew we were going to do it means it's all ok.
Everton should be all over this shite and threatening all sorts.
I mean, by the sounds of it Forest's panel think that our punishment started at 3 points and was moved up to 6 from there (which is why they started at that for Forest and then worked up from there) when the reality is that ours started at fucking 10 and then we pushed it down to 6.

Thats what is grinding me - original sanction was 10 points, brought down to 6. People on these panels are surposed to be intelligent yet they cherry pick from original hearing and then appeal.
Origianl hearing - Everton are liars so 10 points sanction (Forest commission choose to used 'Everton are liars' in there assessment, but ignore the 10 points)
Appeal hearing - Everton are not liars reduced to 6 points. (Forest commission choose to ignore the fact Everton are not liars but then adopt the 6 points).
Totally ignore the appeal findings on THE key points (i.e one of only two of items that where upheld in the appeal, so not exactely hidded),  but latch on to the concluded points deduction in the appeal.
    Its just plainly wrong.

Until a better candidate is available which won't happen whilst we're fighting relegation, in the progress of potentially changing owners etc. The obvious retort would be we should be trying and all I'll say to that is how do you know we're not?
All these calls for sacking him, I get it. But then that means you want us to be managerless going into a 3rd successive relegation battle. Not to mention continue the trend of the Moshiri reign of which to my knowledge everyone has been critical of especially his disregard for continuity which is the sole reason this club is in the state that its in.
So instead of gloating about our poor performances because"I told you so" like petualent children who seem to think that present scenarios validate their ridiculous OTT criticism over the years... Maybe, just maybe, stick with with guy who we've got, can't afford to sack, had us on a run that was Europe levels of points before injuries and points deductions, and probably have no decent candidates in our current state anyway.
I dunno, I just feel you stick with the devil you know when the alternative is a void.

but in that 11 game run there was:
1 game away to fulham - a decent enough away point. OK
2 games against Man City, 2 defeats - expect results, no shame and not bad performances. Understandable.
2 games against Spurs -  1 defeat away (expected results be we actually played well enough to win - very unlucky) and draw at home (not an total unexpected result against a top four challenging side form wise). Unlucky in both really. OK
1 game verses Villa - home draw against a top 4 side (again not that bad a results). OK
1 game away to Brighton - draw (should have won come the final whistle - but no shame in this result), annoying but OK
1 game away to Man Utd - not a game Everton ever really win. However, performace deserved better. frustrating, but OK

1 games away to Wolves - played poorly and got beat away by a tidy enough Wolves team  - disappointing performance, and Dyche said as much. Away loses happen in PL football.
1 Palace at home - should have won only got a draw (2 points lost) - confidence issue and relatievly poor performance.
1 West Ham Home - should have won (2 point lost) - confidence issue as performance did deserve a better result.
Personally, 2 points dropped against Palace and 3 points dropped against West Ham are the two results that really disappointed me in the run of 11 games.
So really only 2 or 3, that you would really say are massivley disappointing or unexpected/unacceptable results. That's the real reason why not more people are not calling for Dyche to be sacked - a pragmatic view of more than just the final result of the last 11 games.
last 11 results - 0.45 points per game (sack the manager!!!)
previouse 11 results - 2.0 points per game (give the manager a new contract as we are in next seaons CL!!)
An average of 1.11 per game so far is fair enough considering the shit going on behind the scenes and difficuties in finishing.
Based on what I have seen this season Dyche has this squad consistently performing as a middle of the table team. I would have taken that in August, so no reason at all to be sacking the man. There have be far far worst footballing crimes at this club over the past 8 years - performance and results wise.
