By the way, the guy's got the golden touch. PNE fans on the whole are genuinely expecting to challenge for automatic next season - the difference he's made in such a short time, without the luxury of a pre-season, has been phenomenal; the players had lost everything from the mental side of their game and he's bringing it all back slowly but surely.
In fact, if you don't mind, I have a question: Is the weight of expectation about next season from Preston fans likely to be an issue, or do you relish this sort of situation? Is it more difficult to handle when there is pressure from fans (be it positive or negative pressure) as the manager, rather than as assistant?
